“Upon arrival, the place was really dirty. The upstairs dogs had complete run of the yards, so ours was messy and they kept peeking in our LR window (we were basement), so our dog barked. The host was great! Refunded our cleaning deposit. The home was in a great location and was cute. I think we were the first rental after a long vacancy and with the host being remote, things got forgotten. Once the host returns, things should improve.”

“The apartment was clean. The location was nice. The bathrooms only had one roll of toilet paper each. With 2-4 people coming and staying toilet paper should have been more accessible. The one bed in the master bedroom had an extra foam pad, which did not cover the whole mattress and made it uncomfortable to sleep on with two people. I would suggest finding one that fits the mattress. We did have an issue with the heat not working for about 5 days, which was fixed and the owner did respond...
