I had very difficult time to check in and access my unit. No one in the property to assist. I got stuck in outside the property for five hours to get access to my unit. I had terrible experience with my stand. Very poor communication with the management. I don’t recommend it for travelers to book there.

What a wonderful stay. The location was amazing and having access to a stunning (and stunningly clean) pool were our favorite things. The unit was perfectly stocked and we thought it completely charming that there was even a plastic carafe to be able to enjoy wine by the pool. We especially appreciated that this unit was also close to the other that we secured for the week.The host team was responsive and helpful and we truly had a great week-long stay at the Marquee Uptown. Thank you!!!

Older building with numerous small issues that added up to some frustration. Alarm went off when opening the door for the first time - management was responsive to getting it fixed. Notified them then that bedroom fan & light weren’t working and it was warm (July in Houston). Never did fix that in the 5 days we were there. Bathroom showers dripped, rooms weren’t well ventilated to get any cool air from the air conditioner. Not deal breakers but became frustrating when text the management number and continued to get automated responses but nothing got fixed.

Great location, clean apartment

Nice place in a convenient location, very clean with good linens and plenty of towels.Kitchen has the basics, but limited utensils and dishes if you want to cook all meals. Coffee bar was out of service when we visited.Note that apartment is on the second floor, no elevator.

Perfect Girls Trip

We had a wonderful time at this property! The pool and beautifully maintained grounds were definitely the highlight of our stay. Everything was clean, well cared for, and surprisingly peaceful — the entire property had a quiet, relaxed vibe that made it feel like a true escape. We visited the pool almost daily and often had it completely to ourselves, which made it even more enjoyable.Every staff member we encountered, whether in person or virtually, was incredibly friendly and helpful. As a plant lover, I especially appreciated the lush, thoughtfully maintained greenery throughout the property — it added so much to the atmosphere.The location was also perfect: walking distance to great shops, restaurants, and everything we needed.If I had to note one minor drawback, it would be that the kitchen was very minimally stocked — only three plates and just the bare essentials in terms of utensils. One thing I appreciate in condo rentals is when they include extras like an air fryer, especially since so many travelers bring back leftovers from local spots. It’s certainly not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of if you plan to cook or reheat meals during your stay.Overall, we absolutely loved our experience here and would highly recommend this property!

Good location, needs updating/maintenance

The apartment looks good but is in need of many maintenance items and some updates. Ex: air filter was filthy, dishwasher not secured in place, guest shower sprayed water everywhere, guest bath door doesn’t stay open. The location is very good but the guest bedroom gets a lot of street noise. Overall, ok but would not stay here again due to lack of maintenance and street noise.

Convenient and Comfortable in Houston

All was well with our stay in Houston. Hosts communicated well (at times I wished for a consolidated email or text rather than multiples). They did make sure we had all the info we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms were a bit dated but clean. Would recommend.

Great location, clean and practical

The apartment is located within 3 minutes walk of gallaria and within easy walking distances to local restaurants. On arrival, check-in was easy and apartment was clean. It is somewhat dated but met all our requirements, and would stay here again. The pool area is great and very peaceful to relax around. Communication with manager was great though we did not need to get in touch, we were informed on everything that was relevant.
