Aduke Villa es una hermosa casa de ladrillos rojos de 2 pisos ubicada en un vecindario de Cypress. El diseño cuenta con una cocina de concepto abierto con encimeras de granito / comedor formal / sala de estar, pero cada una de ellas está separada arquitectónicamente, por lo que es ideal para familias, grupos y viajeros de negocios. Una sala de oficina completamente dedicada con una puerta francesa agrega más a su atractivo tradicional. El enorme patio es perfecto para parrillas y barbacoa. ¿Por qué no sentarse en el estanque Koi y relajarse? Hay tres plazas de garaje cubiertas y el camino de entrada todavía puede albergar 3 autos más. Este 10. 0k lote / sq. ft casa lo tiene todo!

Keep looking

Nice home with great potential. Owners are in the process of "moving" so there is typical moving trash by fence. Also had issues with the house cooling that was never addressed like the owner said it would be. During our stay we also had to entertain listing agents and potential buyers because the owner/host didnt bother to let them know the house was rented for the weekend. The ac might not be a major issue if the host wouldve been able to communicate with us about the 1967 ac thermostat that they use

Beautiful spacious home in a beautiful quiet neighborhood

We were in Houston attending the Herbalife Extravaganza at NRG Stadium. The home was further away than we would have liked, but the home and neighborhood did not disappoint. Would highly recommend Aduke Villa. Marian made sure we had everything we needed and was very prompt with communication. Thank you Marian!

Beautiful home and neighborhood. Quiet and comfortable.

We loved the decor, beautiful wood floors, gorgeous kitchen, very comfortable beds, and most of all the cleanliness. Perfect for a family (we had 4 adults and a 2-year-old). The backyard has a tranquil pond with goldfish. Beautiful yard and a quiet neighborhood and easy to find. The owner was very helpful, easy to work with, and answered our questions right away. We will definitely stay here again for our next family reunion. Thank you!

Perfect!!

Marian was wonderful! She made sure that all rooms had TV's in them prior to our arrival. She also made sure that we did not need anything. The house is beautiful & it is in an great location! We will definitely be staying here when we visit Houston again!! Everything was exceptional!!
