Worst experience ever
I hate having to write this, but this experience was just too terrible to not let others know.First off getting information from the "host" takes about 24 hours to get any kind of response.Our dates for our trip were 12/27/2024-12/29/2024 When we arrived to the home it had not been cleaned and no one around. After talking to the host or representative they stated " check-in on the add says 4pm-6pm" (Which it does not, I have proof). He then proceeded to tell us we would need to wait about an hour for the property to be finished getting cleaned. We agreed begrudgingly. At 5:15 the house looked no different. we were unable to get ahold of the host. We decided to check-in hoping cleaning could be finished around us. When the cleaning lady arrived she was irate, & frustrated with "the lack of communication from the property manager" but she did agree to clean around us. She did not officially finish clean and left for the night at 9:24pm.On top of that the house was still a mess. Firstly an entire bed was MISSING. A/C did not cool well, floors were Still sticky after she mopped & could see dirt/ stains on the floor. Some of the bathrooms you could tell had basically just cleaned the toilets. Every dish in the cabinets were dusty and dirty. The couch decretive pillows where dingy and dirty there where cobwebs and dust. Broken/missing table chairs, the garage door code did not work.Overall the entire experience was terrible. Do not waste time or money on this property.
