Had to contact Host via vrbo because it was AFTER check in & still no check in information rec'd. Contacted her on private phone because she hadnt responded. There is limited to no parking. A fire hydrant is almost in front of the home & law states to park 15 ft away. Unit on corner, so there is stop sign. Law states 10 ft from the stop sign. Told her parking issues & told to park on the street. She ignored the problem and never responded further after asking again. Problems inside:1)The down stairs smelled like weed.2)There are 2 bedrooms down/ 1 up, but ad states 4 bedrooms 3)We booked 4 ppl but only 3 coffee cups 4)No extra blankets, got some from my car.5) gnats buzzing around both up & downstairs 6)some kitchen cabinets were falling off 7)toilet paper holder upstairs not attached to the wall 8)the wifi password on the wall was all uppercase and should have been lowercase, contacted her & directed to the tv cabinet for correct one9) the floors were dirty & wouldve never walked barefoot 10) As im drying my hair, the light cover on the shower light (was in shower 10 min prior)fell off & broke in the tub! I couldve been seriously hurt. No compensation offerd (only "im sorry"),told me they didnt plan for the light to fall (i never said it was planned) Said i accused her of taking another cleaning fee; I ASKED because had maid service charge didnt recognize. She has no accountability or empathy & accusatory. Her guest review on me is retaliation. VERY mature. DONT RENT
