Very nice patio and common lounge areas by pool. Pool is not heated, but was still open. Houston had some storms before we arrived and it took the grounds crew 3 days to get things cleaned up and pool was unusable. Apartment was very nice. Newly updated and everything was in working order. Main bedroom has a king bed and a flip-out single bed. Single bed was very uncomfortable and not what most people would think of as an actual bed. It was on par with my kid's college dorm fouton.

The host was great but all the extra charges by VRBO at the time of rental were not specified on the front end of the agreement. Also, the rental agreement is ridiculously legalese and indirectly takes advantage of the renter. The description "brand new" is a misnomer. The property is old and the furnishings are in need of serious updating, with a higher quality and grade. The bed was very comfortable, and the quality of bedding was of good quality, although not the highest quality.

Parking great. Felt safe at property. Good kitchen. Liked the location. The only thing I would change is to put light blocking curtains in the bedroom window. There’s a light right outside that was bright at night.

Nice place

We stayed here for 6 nights while I recuperated from surgery. Good choice since it was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the walking paths in the beautiful landscaping. A few things inside the apartment need to be addressed, which the owner replied she would. She was very responsive to each call i made to her.

Lovely Apartment by Medical Centers

I brought my daughter to appointments at MD Anderson Cancer Center. The apartment was very nice and comfortable in our down time. We felt safe. We would definitely stay again.

My Son & Daughter in law stayed in an apt. They were very satisfied with everything. It was very close to the hospital for appointments. Communication with the owners was great, fast to answer questions.Would highly recommend.

Lovely and well appointed

So much better than a hotel. I was in Houston to visit my daughter. This apartment is conveniently located a few minutes from where she works at the Med Center. The full kitchen had everything I needed to cook her some homecooked meals and to sit and visit with her in a nice quiet home atmosphere. Free, secure, covered parking was steps away. Check-in and check-out was quick, easy, and seamless. Plus, it had everything a hotel has minus the crowds -- clean and comfortable, air conditioned, safe and secure, with lovely well-kept grounds including a nice pool with lots of shade and seating. Highly recommended. I definitely hope to stay there again next time I visit!

Home away from home

Very comfortable stay. My wife and I were able to continue our “work from home” jobs and enjoyed close proximity to the medical sites we needed to visit. Everything was clean and ready for our visit, and our host was responsive and helpful.

We were in town to visit our brother in law, who is at MDAnderson and the apartment was perfect for us. Proximity, cleanliness, communication with the owner were are great! I pray we dont ever have to travel to Houston again, but would recommend property to anyone needing lodging.

Perfect Med Center stay

We had to be in Houston for treatment at MD Anderson. Our time in Houston had a lot of complications, that would take too long to explain, but I can tell you that this host is the best host we've ever had with VRBO, hands down. I would stay with this host every time I'm in Houston and you can trust you'll be well taken care of.
