Superb staff, great location and ample parking. However, the cleanliness of the room was not that great. When I arrived, the bathroom had water on the floor, soapy-like stains on the bathroom door and a “cleaned” facial towel I had used had hair in it that wasn’t mine. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Cannot recommend this place - stay elsewhere
Our room was on the top floor, far away from the elevator; this is never convenient, but was apparently the only thing available. Breakfast was an additional cost and not included with the room. Bathroom is a shower only, no tub. Also, certain light switches and lamps in the room will not work unless you activate a Master Switch on the wall near the door - not sure what the purpose of that is.

The concierge who checked me in was very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. He kept asking me personal questions unrelated to my stay at the hotel. He was trying to get my number as well. I feel uncomfortable as he may have access to my personal information. Please have your staff trained to handle customers by not making them feel uncomfortable and unsafe.
