Positives: The house is nice, and the neighborhood was pretty quiet even over the weekend. Inside the kitchen was quite usable and stocked with essentials and then some. The home was quite clean throughout. Location proximity was great to the stadium as well as the convention center. Quiet, cozy home. It worked perfectly for the week we used the location. The bedrooms were usable and clean. Negatives: Communication with the host was a bit delayed in terms of replying to get an answer on early check-in, but i also understand life happens. Don't expect the ability to enter until the check-in time, without confirmation from the host. If check-in is at 4pm, that lock will not allow the code entry til exactly 4 pm. The driveway/parking area is a bit tight if in a larger suv or truck. But managed to park two larger vehicles, but it is a tight squeeze. I misread the description and did not realize the 3rd bedroom was an outside unit. The outside unit does not have plumbing but does have power and an AC unit. But the backdoor to the home is not a keypad entry so it is either leave the backdoor unlocked, or the person walks to the front if they need to use the bathroom. The security camera notifications are quite annoying when, say a stray dog runs through the backyard. Master has a low bedframe, was not expecting that.. must of missed that in the photos. Overall would stay again.

I stayed here for two weeks in Houston, and everything was perfect. The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was extremely responsive and easy to work with the entire time. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, with plenty of nearby food and shopping options.The space had everything I needed for a long stay — great WiFi, comfortable bed, cold AC, and a fully stocked kitchen. It honestly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely book this place again on my next trip to Houston. Highly recommend!

New Years Vacation

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying here! It is very clean and supplied with everything we needed to be able to cook and be comfortable throughout our trip. Communicating with the host was very easy and he was extremely kind and helpful the entire time!

My biggest concern was that the bath tub wasn't working, witch was the main reason I booked this location. For this reason I had to deduct a star, other than that everything was superb.The manager was very cool and did however tried to fix it but couldn't. I won't put any pictures of that because I'm sure that he has since then gotten it fixed. Overall our stay was excellent, thank you.

Wonderful stay/ Property was great.

I had a wonderful weekend stay! The house was beautiful inside and out. It has everything you need to make it feel like home and its very modern. Definitely enjoy every bit of the stay.

Spacious, clean, and near Downtown

We had a great time, check in was simple, as well as checking out. Host was responsive and attentive. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting near Downtown Houston!

I LOVE THAT !!!

My Dad and I LOVED this place ! It was super convenient everything was 10-15 away from all the eateries downtown ! The place has a front end and back end perfect for my Dad and I!!! Definitely staying here again The Host was super professional, detailed and overall amazing !

This house was centrally located for everything we needed access to. Quiet neighborhood. Nice design and very clean. Great communication with the host. Will book again if available for our next trip to Houston.

Great house. Super cute!

Came for a birthday weekend with friends. House was super cute, convenient to downtown, and well stocked. The neighborhood has a few areas of improvement. However, we had no issues and felt safe!

Amazing Stay

I absolutely loved this house. The design of the house is very modern and intimate. It is much bigger than it appears online btw. The neighborhood is quiet and it feels safe. The host is very responsive as well. I would definitely stay again. 10/10 recommend.

nice work week

We found this spot and it suited us well for our out of town work week on 2 occasions now. we would have extended but we were not quick on the draw. clean, comfy gated parking, close to downtown and next to THE ORIGINAL Ninfa's Tex Mex.
