Hosts are very communicative. House very well stocked with kitchen items, pool towels, etc. Just what we needed for our group of 10. One of the TVs outside couldn’t connect to the internet but otherwise that back patio is a wonderful set up.

Place was overall nice. Our host was very easy to get in touch with and communication was great. Unfortunately, the 4 star rating is due to loss of internet our last night. The spa jets weren’t working our entire stay. Noticed that the house could have been cleaned better (Cheerios in the couch, dirt dishes put away in cabinets). Overall, pool was great. Perfect size for a family. Loved the fenced in yard for our dog. Just minor things.

RAVE reviews!

Very spacious property with well thought out ammenities. Pool and whole back yard were the crown of the property. Owner was extremely quick with replies too! If we ever find ourselves staying in the area again, we'll definitely be looking for this home again.

Had a great time, house was perfect for our family and all the little amenities they provided. only regret is we didn’t have more time to spend at the house to enjoy hanging out on the patio area and grilling! Host was very communicative and checked in on us asking if we needed anything and also responsive when we did have a need. Overall great experience!

First I have to say that I planned and paid for this rental but 4 days before we were to leave my husband fell and broke his hip and we had to stay home but our 2 granddaughters and their 6 kids had a wonderful time. Kim was ready to help them all the time. The only problem we had was that we wanted most to be able to enjoy the heated pool. However it was cold and the 200 I paid for it to be heated for 4 days was used to heat the hot tub. Apparently, because they were having some cold weather it was impossible to get it warm enough. This didn't bother the kids. The hot tub was adjacent to the pool and they jumped from one to the other and had a great time. Then Kim refunded my 200.My point is, check the weather before you pay to heat the pool but don't let that stop you from renting this wonderful property from a very helpful host.

Family weekend

Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful Abode❤️ We enjoyed our stay. Clean and vedy cozy. We enjoyed tour 18 while my kids and family enjoyed the pool table, the playground and the swimming pool! We had breakfast at the patio. We forgot our nintendo and they were quick to tell us that we left it behind. The communication and the entry process was smooth! Thanj you so much!

Overall good stay

POOL: the pool and hot tub were fantastic. It was annoying to have to message the host to turn on the hot tub and pool waterfall. However the host was pretty diligent about turning them on. Only one time they were an hour or so late on turning on the pool/ hot tub but they communicated that they had poor cell service. OUTSIDE: the outside area was one of our favorite places to be. My husband did have to kill a wasp nest upon arrival so the kids didn’t get stung one the jungle gym. It should also be noted the jungle gym is now missing a spiral slide but it didn’t stop the kids from playing on it. The outside sink didn’t work, and the grill was pretty dirty and rusted out. POOL-TABLE: Some of the pool cues were crooked and there was no chalk available. However We were still able to get several good games in. KITCHEN: We cooked every night and fed a family of ten. We even have a professional chef in the family and he was happy with the kitchen. CLEANLINESS: The house is beautiful however it wasn’t cleaned correctly. This is our biggest complaint. The house was at best Hollywood cleaned. It needed a good dust, baseboards wiped down, funk on some of the walls, cobwebs in some rooms, vacuum wouldn’t suction anything, pink in the grout of the guest bathroom which indicates a bacteria growing. My mother is manager of a big hotel so it’s hard not to notice these things. CHECK OUT: easier than most places I have stayed at.Overall would stay again if just needs a good cleaning.

Perfect place!!!

My family and I had a Celebration of Life honoring my son who passed away 1 year to the day. We had such a great time! We chose this place to stay after we had a get together at an outdoor venue this home was the perfect way to wind down.

Disappointing

This home is in a great location but falls short on expectations. It had plenty of space to accommodate our family of 7 however there were several things that made it not so great. One feature we liked was that it has a pool table however the cue sticks were all damaged with no tips. The backyard patio and pool area were the main reasons why we chose this place however there are several cameras there that makes you feel uncomfortable. This should be included on the listing but we were informed about it after booking. We opted for a house over a hotel to have more privacy, unfortunately it was too invasive with the cameras. Also there were lots of wasps in the bushes around the pool which made it less enjoyable. Lastly, the oven and outdoor grill were very dirty. Although we were informed that the outdoor grilling area is not covered by the cleaning fee, the listing stated there can be an additional fee of $100 to clean the grilling area if it is left dirty. It seems this place is not being well maintained since these are things that should have been done before guests arrive. In summary, look elsewhere for something better to get your money’s worth!
