This unit is in a great location in central Houston. The Heights is full of bars, restaurants, locally-owned shops, and outdoor spaces for people of all ages. The neighborhood feel makes you feel like you are far away from the city center, when you are truly only a few minutes drive from Houston’s most popular attractions.
This unit is bright and airy, and perfectly appointed with contemporary, stylish furnishings and art. It was EXCEPTIONALLY clean and sanitized. The bed is reasonable in comfort and the kitchen has basic appointments, including coffee and tea. As a bonus, it offers gas cooking and filtered hot or cold water on demand. There is ample clothes hanging space in the bedroom closet and in the bathroom, which features a classic claw foot tub. Unfortunately, the tub only offers a handheld shower wand, and not a fixed, stand-up shower. Off street parking is available on a first-come basis, but there is ample street parking as well.
The building is an older structure with single-lane windows. While the heating and cooling is quite sufficient, the thinner walls and older windows do allow for street noise. While the neighborhood is fairly quiet for its location in the city, a light sleeper might be challenged without ear plugs or headphones.
The host and management company are very organized and very communicative. Check in and check out were easy and they were quick to respond to any messages.
