• Signed rental agreement
• Contact verification
• Completion of verification through a secure third party link

✅ Guests must also choose ONE of the following:
✔️ Non refundable damage waiver
OR
✔️ Refundable $1,000 security deposit hold

✅ The refundable security deposit is fully returned after checkout provided there are:
• no damages
• no missing items
• no excessive cleaning
• no unauthorized guests
• no house rule violations

✅ For guests who are not comfortable submitting ID or paying the refundable deposit/damage waiver outside Platrorm, payment may be arranged through the Platform Resolution Center when applicable. We also require a refundable incidental hold fee is $350 per stay.The specific amount depends on individual circumstances.
