100% honest review: if you're looking for a brand new house that smells like new paint and new appliances, don't stay here. However, if you're like most of us and realize that homes are lived in and each has its own story to tell in every scuff and ding, then stick around! First off, this is a rental and therefore it has the wear and tear of a rental. Some of the paint was worn, the kitchen chairs have stains, etc. However, this place is beautiful!!! The owner has definitely put with into upgrading the house and it's gorgeous. My kids lived for the game room. We played pool the entire trip! The dock is perfect for fishing and the balconies has the best view of the new years fireworks. We had a few minor issues and the owner messaged me immediately to resolve them, and then showed up with pastries and champagne the next day to apologize!!! Talk about a sweetheart. I'm going into my second round of chemo for cancer and this was our last family vacation. I couldn't have asked for better! The only downside was not being able to stay longer. You'll LOVE this rental!
