Important Notes

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with strictly enforced noise ordinances. We welcome respectful guests, but this is not a party house.

For guest safety and property security, five exterior cameras monitor the front entrance, side entrances, garage area, and backyard. There are no cameras inside the home.

Whether you`re visiting Houston for business, family, or food, this Asian Town retreat offers the perfect combination of location, comfort, and relaxation. 🏊🍜✨
HOUSE RULES:
- 6 parking spots. DO NOT park on the street.
- Pet fee $150 per stay. Two pets maximum.
- NO STUDENT/ DISRUPTIVE PARTIES. NO EVENTS ALLOWED. VIOLATION PENALTY $500
- In the event of undisclosed pet(s) and/ or gatherings of more than the confirmed number of people, your reservation will be immediately terminated without refund
- No smoking. VIOLATION PENALTY $500
- No illegal substances nor activities allowed on the property.
- No noise after 9PM.

POOL RULES:
- Pool hours: 8 AM - 9PM
- Guests assume acknowledge the presence of a pool on site and assume all responsibility for use including responsibility for the safety of children and minors under the age of 18.
- Children and minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in pool area. Swim diapers required for children that are not potty trained
-Enjoy the swimming pool but swim at your own risk.
- No running, diving, or any type of glass in the pool area. No children swimming without adult supervision.
