The original $199.00 cleaning fee is non-refundable. Guests must agree to the following: 1. You will leave the house in the same condition as arrival, minus the normal cleaning that we do. 2. You will be completely responsible for any and all damage to the house or property caused by your negligence. 3. You will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property. 4.
