The host and amenities. The host was easy to communicate with. She responded quickly. The tv had Netflix available without having to log in on my own account. The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was great. Walmart was less than 5 minutes away.

The location, was awesome, the host was a pleasure to deal with. There were some plumbing issues and the backyard does not at all look like the photos, but overall the house was very nice and accommodating for me and my family.

Racing Ironman Texas

We came as a small group to race Ironman Texas. The location was great to get to the woodlands. The community was quiet. The house was perfect for us. The host was so good to deal with. Very responsive to questions. Highly recommend.

A great home base

Had a business trip here in The Woodlands and brought the family. Was a great “home base” to launch from to explore the area as it was 15 min from seemingly everything we were doing. Home had tasteful decor and beds were comfortable! Host was communicative and super responsive! We enjoyed our stay.

Cute House

Very cute house and very clean! It is an older home with older bathrooms/cabinets but otherwise clean and neat! The neighborhood was also in an older part of The Woodlands but we did have any issues or trouble!

Cozy space for a get-away.

The space was cozy and the communication with the host was fantastic. We needed something we got it. There were just a few maintenance issues that needed attending like the outside windows, replacement of the blinds and the fixing of the small yellow chairs in the living room.

The house was in a great location. Close to everything in The Woodlands. Communication with the property manager/owner was very easy. She was always quick to respond.

Enjoyable Stay

We rented this home with family for a nearby wedding. It was easy to find, clean, and had ample space for our group’s needs. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet and the communication was excellent. Reasonable requests upon checkout made for an easy departure. We would book again.

Clean and Spacious

Refreshed house in a lovely community~clean and comfy home for our adult group of 8 who came to the Woodlands to celebrate our family's matriarchs. Crisp bedding and towels. Winette was professional and pleasant and quick to respond.

Lovely Home

We went don't to the Woodlands area to work, and i amazingly found this beautiful home to stay at with full size kitchen and just everything in this house was perfect. I loved loved this house. I am in process of closing sale for my land and this is exactly how i want my house perfect size for me and my family. Ill get again if I'm ever in the area. Thank you so much.

We were there for two nights and overall everything was fine. It is an older home and a few things need to be fixed. The plugs in the primary bedroom and bathroom were very loose. I had to prop things against the charging block to hold my phone and watch charger in the socket. Also had to hold my blowdryer in the socket as well to keep it connected. A few dead bug bodies in the bathrooms and the upstairs bathroom knob was not fully attached to the door. This caused some consternation for my granddaughter. The coffee maker did not work properly and after completely cleaning the floating grounds from the basket twice we gave up and went out to purchase one for our use on the trip. Other than these glitches, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the time spent in this home.

Woodlands Trip

Property was convenient to everything. House was good. House did have a little bit of a smell. Musky smell. Not sure if it just was shut up for a little while and that’s why. But over all was a good place to stay for the price.

Serene Bohemian Manor

Overall location was great. It was clean but some areas around the tub could be replaced. There's a step down into the living area from the foyer, the stairs, the master bedroom, the kitchen and the back door. Make note of that and be very careful because you will trip. All 5 people in our party tripped on more than one occasion. This could be dangerous for elderly.

Sons Wedding

The house is old but some updates in the house. Kitchen was very pretty looking. We picked this home because of its location and price. It is what we could afford. Location was perfect for the wedding at Addison. BEWARE of the stairs to the sunken living room though. Very dangerous if you are not cautious. We marked the steps from every room with painters tape so our guests would not fall. We had one fall at the bottom of the stairs and one stumbled but caught themselves on their luggage. Not enough supplies for the party of 8 that were staying in the home. We needed more garbage bags, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, mugs, and more silverware and cups. There wer bounce sheets for the washing machine and dryer but no detergent. Not enough reliable seating areas. The fancy yellow chairs in the living room were not stable and the back to one was broken. The table in the living room was also bent but we were able to bend it back so we could use it. The other broken one in the garage was a tell tale sign to be careful with the table. Very pretty staging and very comfortable beds. There also needed to be more hangers in every room. We were going to a fancy events and needed to hang dresses and suits and other outfits. Upstairs bathroom needed to have the handle fixed. Light in main bedroom was broken and had to remain on. Our hostess was very accomodating and we were able to get in a little early and change our leave date. So that was appreciated. Overall 4 stars

The place was perfect for our family! The beds were comfy, the kitchen is spacious, and it is in a nice area. I would stay there again when I visit my extended family!
