It is an ideal base for travel nurses, relocating professionals, families, and groups who want a whole house rather than a cramped rental.

The home sleeps up to 8 across four bedrooms: a king in the primary, a queen in each of the next two rooms, and a fourth bedroom built for families with a queen, a twin daybed and a pull-out trundle. Bedroom four is painted with a hand-done tree mural. Two full bathrooms serve the home, the primary with a double vanity, glass walk-in shower and separate soaking tub, the second with a tub and shower combo. The kitchen is genuinely stocked with a gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, french-door refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, bakeware, dishes and wine glasses. The bright vaulted living room has a fireplace and a smart TV, and opens to a breakfast nook and a dining room seating six. Outside, a large wood deck with lounge seating, a shade umbrella and a gas grill opens onto a fully fenced, pine-shaded backyard. A dedicated desk and ergonomic chair, full-size washer and dryer, fast WiFi and central heating and cooling round out the stay.

PARKING: the home has an attached two-car garage plus driveway space for four vehicles total. Please park in the garage or on the driveway only. Street parking and parking on the grass are not permitted in this neighborhood and vehicles parked incorrectly can be towed at the owner`s expense.

SECURITY CAMERAS: one exterior security camera faces the front garage, covering the driveway and entry. There are no cameras inside the home at any time.

Location is the highlight. Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital is about 2 miles away and Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center is about 4.6 miles away, with several more Woodlands hospitals and clinics close by. The ExxonMobil Houston campus is roughly 17 minutes away, The Woodlands Mall about 10 minutes, and Market Street shopping and dining about 10 minutes. The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion is 11 minutes, Lake Conroe is a short drive north, and George Bush Intercontinental Airport is about 26 minutes away.
