This was one of the worst rentals I’ve stayed in. The carpet was disgusting and smelled terrible, the air filters looked like they had never been changed, and the backyard was a complete mess. There were tarps on the roof, which I can only assume means there are roof leaks, and the house overall felt neglected and poorly maintained.Inside, it was even worse—there was organic growth in the primary closet and mildew around the shower. No basic supplies were provided (not even trash bags or cleaning products), so we had to buy our own just to get by. On top of that, there was construction in the parking lot the entire time, making it even less enjoyable.The ONLY thing this place has going for it is that it’s close to NRG Stadium and large enough to fit a group. Beyond that, it’s in terrible shape and absolutely not worth the money. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere until major repairs and cleaning are done.
