There were rooms that were locked appropriately with a master lock and other rooms that were mysterious and locked by magnet. In our eyes, the home owner could have been there or anyone else in those rooms. The railing on the top deck was falling off and not safe. It would be easier to fall the from the deck three floors above ground. Lighting in the house was not sufficient.

The photos of this home are quite deceiving. While this home has ample space for large groups, it needs some MAJOR TLC. To start, the smell of the home reeks of mold, mildew, and what I can only describe as a wet, dirty dog. Speaking of dogs, we had what looked and smelled to be dog feces on one of the area rugs in the second floor king bedroom. The management was quick to respond to our request for us to remove the rug, which was kind of them. There was also a large leak near both the gaming and cocktail table areas when it rained. This made the mildew smell even worse during our stay. Management’s response to this was “we will let our maintenance team know.” While the home was tidy, it just felt dirty. The beds, pillows, linens and towels were not comfortable in the least. The upstairs patio “screen door” is missing the entire screen. The furniture on the patio is inhabitable. There is dog poop in the backyard grass, so watch your step! Also, elevator does not work, so don’t count on that for anything. There are multiple areas of visible mold in the restrooms. The baseboards throughout multiple areas of the home are damaged and rotting. The couch in the main living area has a large tear to one of the back cushions. This home needs a major refresh. It was honestly, a dump. We were highly disappointed. Renter beware!

We were in town for a memorial service, so all of my kids and grandkids could be together.1. water in kitchen never got hot after running 15 minutes- still only warm.2. Burners on stove too low - took 30 minutes just to boil water- the flames were never very high and didn’t get real hot as they should. 3. 6 qt pot not adequate for a large group - (this house can accommodate 20, per vrbo so the kitchen needs more/larger supplies - our suggestion)4. Sink drain on top floor is still clogged 5. You’re maybe aware that the threshold strip is loose on the 1st floor in the doorway to the “old kitchen” and that one of the cupboard doors is off a hinge- [ ] Great house but needs some attention re: mold in shower 3rd floor, deck furniture, (no cushions) moldy trash can in kitchen; - [ ] The porcelain bowl broke whIle we were cooking eggs - nothing touched it- it just suddenly broke with some of our eggs in it! It appeared that it had been broken before and glued. The heat from the eggs probably caused the glue to give out?- no other explanation.Some of the walls could use cleaning- spots and drips were obvious The quantity of beds was sufficient for all 13 of us and they were comfortable. Thank you for fixing the bed slats in my room, and for getting the outlets to work in the kitchen.

Seabrook Security Installation

Our team really enjoyed their at Miramar! After working all day what a beautiful place to come home to! The gorgeous scenery along with the spacious beautifully designed was a welcome site. We will definitely try to stay here again if we have additional work in the Houston area!!

Would stay again!!

My family had to come to the area due to a death in the family. There was room for everyone to both come together and have space alone when needed. We enjoyed the ping pong table and other games immensely, but our favorite time was spent on the deck chatting and watching the sun rise and set over the bay. The property managers were responsive and caring, and when we inadvertently left a family heirloom have been great about locating it and working with me to get it back to our family. Everything went smoothly, and the only thing that cause any concern was my legs from climbing the 3 flights of stairs to the main level with the kitchen, family room, and deck. However, the climb was definitely worth it with the amazing home and spectacular view! I even had the joy of watching a pod of dolphins in the early morning hours swimming in the bay!

Birthday sleepover

This was a great place to have my daughter’s birthday sleepover! Be aware that there are ALOT of stairs! I had sprained my ankle prior to this stay, so once I made it to the 3rd floor, I stayed there!Would definitely recommend for those who don’t have issues with stairs! Otherwise, this was a beautiful home and a great place for relaxing and spending time with friends and family!

Bueatiful view. Sad that the chaise lounge chairs on patio had no cushions. Enough room very nice inside. Didnt realize it had that many stairs without an elevator. Aside from that my kids all loved it
