  • The Kozy Cottage is back! Located in the historic district of League City, this beautifully decorated 1950s pier-and-beam home is perfect for your family vacation, staycation, or romantic getaway. Lined with majestic oak trees, The Kozy Cottage invites you to enjoy a slower pace of life, sipping coffee while rocking on the front porch or sharing conversations on the back deck, all while listening to the quiet stillness of the morning. It's our joy to make you feel at home!
    Fully furnished kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Coffee service is available 24 hours a day. Blocks away from Butler's Courtyard and minutes to NASA and the Kemah Boardwalk. Come stroll the unique shops, restaurants, and historic sites of old League City. Drive to Galveston or Houston for lunch or dinner. Just pack your bags and we provide everything else.
    Because of high demand, please book early to secure your reservation. During longer stays, we will need to water the plants as well as tend to the yard. It is always our policy to provide every guest with as much privacy as we can, and we will work with guests to accommodate this. If a situation arises that needs our immediate attention, owner retains the right to enter the property without notice. We have a strict NO PET policy. Although the home is suitable for children, it is not childproof. Please be advised this is a "home" and not just a rental property. STR-000012-04-2026

Charming little cottage

It felt like walking into a family or friends home. So warm and welcoming. If we had forgotten to bring anything...no worries. The cottage is fully stocked with things you didn’t expect or even know you’d need! We enjoyed all the unique decor that prompted many conversations. My husband enjoyed looking through the recipe boxes he found and even made copies of some of them. If we ever find ourselves back in the Houston area, this is exactly where we’ll be staying. The location and quaint neighborhood alone is reason enough. But it has so much more! And it sure beats staying in a hotel room, hands down!

Such a quaint cottage retreat

We really enjoyed staying at this cottage home in Historic League City. Very clean, comfortable bedding. Kitchen is well stocked, though we didn’t cook while staying there. I really liked that the owners had coffee and filters and creamers available to use in the morning. A cute welcoming gift bag with assorted little snacks also welcomed us. I wish we could have stayed longer and walked the historic streets and sat out on the front porch. So much nicer than staying in a hotel!

Perfection!

It doesn’t get any better than this! This Kozy Cottage was perfect. I can’t think of one thing that Cameron didn’t have in that cottage. It was super clean. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything! We are big coffee drinkers and she had choices between coffee and espresso. She had great recommendations on where to eat. It really made my sisters weekend perfect.

Perfect Stay in Historic Cottage

This gel has been a great find, historic cottage so well maintained and all amenities you want/need ! Loved the character of the historical residential area , no traffic noise yet close to all touristic locations wether it is Houston, Galveston, Kemah, Nasa,... Thanks for a wonderful stay and will be back when in the area! Kind regards Marion & Dries

Great little house with all the comforts of home

We had our grandchildren, ages 6&8, and this house was so much nicer to stay in than a hotel with them...and less costly. We each had our own room and we relaxed watching “Mary Poppins Returns” on the Cosy living room couch. We were delighted by the bag of snacks and they helped during our time at the Space Center. It was a terrific place to stay!

Just as advertised

Utilized this home for a short overnight stay while in Houston. Home was just as advertised. Beds were very comfortable. Coffee was available in the morning. Written instructions around the home were very helpful. Highly recommend.

Cutest house ever!

If I could have given this house/ owners more stars, I would have! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the decor is precious. We really enjoyed the bag if treats that was left with the sweet note. I would definitely recommend staying here! It's super close to Kemah and Galveston, too!

Wonderful!

Our stay at The Kozy Cottage was near perfect! The cottage is exactly as described but even cuter than the photos show. The hostess's attention to even the smallest details made the stay even more comfortable. She was very easy to work with and responded immediately to our questions. Very nice, quiet, historic neighborhood. We highly recommend The Kozy Cottage!

Kozy Cottage is a little gem!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!! The cottage is very clean, very well appointed & very comfortable. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood with lots of trees. It has a lovely back deck & front porch (with rocking chairs). We loved it and highly recommend it!

Great little house

This place is perfect. Wonderful old oak trees in a very quiet road (well, the birds are rather... chatty). The house is all perfect, the furniture nice. The lovely details make it a wonderful place to stay. You'll find all you need in the kitchen, good internet in the house and a comfi place in the garden. Next time in Houston I'll know where to stay.

The property was well maintained and very pretty

The place was absolutely perfect it actually reminded me of home being from savannah ga and living amongst lots of oak trees. Cameron was very responsive if we had any questions which weren’t many because they literally provided us with everything and our privacy! I would definitely rent again!

Cute little house right in the historical district of League City! Had everything we needed and the beds were so comfy! I wish we stayed longer to utilize the back deck and kitchen. I’d definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great visit!

Very “Kozy” Cottage

The owners of the cottage thought of the guests needs. Very detail oriented with each room and it’s contents, from extra blankets in the bedroom to children games in the living room, and more! Very comfortable beds and linens. Bathroom is bright and super clean, tons of hot water. Kitchen is well stocked. Internet is super fast. I can go on, we did not find anything to complain about and we travel around the world. We will be back!

Cozy, comfortable and has everything that you need!

This little cottage is so very comfortable and makes the visitor feel just like they're at home. Everything is supplied by the owners that you might need for your stay away from home. Cameron and Caprice are extremely kind and caring and were very accommodating to particular circumstances during our stay and we thank them very much! This is a highly rated place to stay and we will recommend it to anyone who comes into town for a visit!
