To start, never received access information from host until I requested at arrival of property. There is nothing like having to wait after a long day of travel. It wasn’t quite like pictured as it did seem a bit run down. Perhaps when the property was new it was better. It was organized but did lack necessities. There are no forks in the utensil drawer, only spoons and knives. Try eating food without a fork. The oven did not work and the microwave’s display did not display so we had no idea how long we were heating anything up. The downstairs shower had no hot water and the master bedroom shower was very difficult to produce hot water however it did eventually after tinkering with the on/off valve.The beds were well beyond wore out. They have no support and made it very uncomfortable to sleep. Most of the smoke detectors were missing and one seemed to beep continuously as if it had a low battery that came from behind the locked door in the kitchen. So we had to deal with fours days of that beeping sound which was miserable!It was not as secure as told in the description, the gate was never closed and anyone could access the property on the outside. Someone even beat on the door after midnight on our last night and made our young son very scared as he was in the lower bedroom. The neighborhood is old and not the safest. Not as “suite” as we thought.Time to rethink some of these VRBOs.

Just book it
Best Vrbo I’ve ever rented. Host was responsive and communication was on point. Booked last min due to previous booking having bugs in the unit. 😩
The location was perfect, home amazing and just like pictures on the ad! Unit was SPOTLESS and SAFE behind a gate! Parking was easy as unit has garage. Host even accommodated last min extension! I will always use this unit when family comes into Houston to visit if it’s available! The location and view from the rooftop was spectacular. Don’t wait just book it. You will not be disappointed!!!! BLOOP💅

The manager was attentive. The description of beds, bedrooms and pictures did not match the actual. The property is beat up and there are 3 acceptable beds. It is advertised as “sleeps 12”.

I stayed here for a conference with 2 female colleagues. The pictures do NOT convey the true condition of this townhouse. This place is for frat boys, not for professionals. We found this place to be extremely poorly managed. The flooring had scratch marks everywhere, blinds were non-existent on several windows (including in the ground floor bedroom which allowed anyone to look in at any time), curtains on the first floor were in poor condition and were not hung properly so did not cover the windows properly, towels were extremely old and rough, shower on ground floor had low water pressure, shower in 2nd bedroom on third floor had calcium buildup in several of the holes so was not spraying properly and was uncomfortable to use, heating/AC did not work properly on 3rd floor, the list goes on. I reached out to the host on multiple items - he was either unresponsive or gave us a poor "remedy" which did not work.There are signs everywhere around the home ordering you to treat the home with care and respect - but this home has not been kept in any such condition to warrant these signs.I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a true home for a few days.

Great location, decor and communication!
This was the perfect home for me and my group of friends for our weekend getaway. Slept 12 comfortably, each room with their own full bathroom and plenty of living space. The host was very responsive for any questions we had and was able to graciously let us check in early and check out late. The location was perfect to get to many areas of Houston. Highly recommend this property!

Houston visit
The property seemed fairly new constructions but it was not well kept in terms of cleanliness. Several items were broken - dishwasher, toilet seat, front door handle, drawers in master bath dirty, dishes in cabinet dirty, silverware dirty, master bath didn’t drain well, and no place to take garbage because the bin was full. Upon arrival we learned the prior guests trashed the home over New Years so it smelled like weed and was very dirty upon our early checkin. The sheets had the previous guests hair in the beds. And the floors were sticky and filthy. The host communicated excellent and sent the cleaner back — but we still had to make a trip to the store to buy cleaning supplies so we could do some extra cleaning and wipe downs and clean all the hardwood floors because they were still sticky. And we had to wash the sheets ourselves because of the previous guests hair in the bed. But great communication with host and excellent location. And this place has a ton of opportunity. The 4th floor roof views of downtown were amazing!

Everything and More!!!
Check in process was very easy from the moment we booked our reservation to arriving to the Home. The home looks exactly like the pictures and very spacious!! The only con I had was there wasn’t a shower curtain in one of the rooms which got pretty messy. But overall it was a lovely home and would definitely book again in the future!

The home is amazing from the first floor to the fourth. The tenant is very understanding. I would definitely book again. The home looks exactly like the pictures. The details in this home is perfect. The area is great because you are isolated and the view downtown from the top floor is breathtaking.
