The house was exactly as described and very well situated for our needs. We were traveling to Houston for a wedding and needed a place that was going to be near the church, reception center, and rehearsal center. This checked all the boxes. Very well-kept, clean, and convenient house. My wife, myself, and my 3 grown children stayed here and it was convenient to meet everyone's needs. Communication with the owner was excellent and prompt. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet without any concern for security or safety. My only feedback would be that it would have been nice to have access to the garage which was empty but we did not have access to be able to go in and out. Small item, not a big deal. Would highly recommend.
