I think if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay and just need somewhere to sleep, it’s a great option. You can check in online and then get in when you get in, which worked very well for me. The room itself needs a little fixing up, the sink had a massive crack down the middle, the bed was broken and the whole floor seemed to slope sideways. But other than that it was a pretty nice hotel and a really affordable night. Ideal for solo travelers

I appreciate is a 2 stars hotel but the sink was dripping, the shower wasn’t properly tight the remote control was covered in a weird sticky substance and the room actually stinks Just list it the way it is.

If I could give it zero stars I would. An absolute shambles of a place. Do not bother staying here. We are disabled and were put on the 5th floor with no access to a lift. None of bedrooms advertised online was not what we stayed in. The windows were moldy, broken, held together by tape, gap at the bottom so constant draft coming through. No soap provided in the bathroom, no mat in the shower my husband nearly slipped. No one to speak to on the front desk as everything is done via WhatsApp. Completely disconnected from any human interaction and basic hotel quality. Absolutely disgusting. Just don't bother.

We loved our stay. We were welcomed wonderfully. The people were kind and warm, helpful, and attentive. Great location. The room we stayed in was beautiful and spacious with a privileged view.

Was a surprisingly pleasant stay at this hotel, i was worried after reading some of the reviews but it was actually a nice hotel, the bed was comfortable, the bedding was clean and smelled fresh, some areas of cleaning had been missed but it wasn't a problem for us. The decor was so interesting and was nice to stay in a hotel with a bit of personality.

Good place to stay

Was in Brighton to see Eric Prydz concert. Needed somewhere straight forward to stay. This hotel is good - Clean, modern and friendly staff. I think the other negative reviews are quite harsh

Below basic at above average cost, apart from the comfortable bed I can think of nothing to recommend this place. More like poor grade airb&b. I travel and walk a lot staying in French hires, shelters and Spanish religious, all much better than X in every respect

I have read other reviews about this hotel after I had booked it, and those reviews were disgusting. Whatever people expect for the price of this hotel are beyond my reasoning. It was clean, fresh and every amenity in the room for a pleasent stay, which I most definitely had.

Ok for the money

Friendly welcome and very easy to check in and access the property. our particular room was very run down decor wise even for the cheap price that we paid. If your looking for a bed for the night then great but if it’s nice accommodation that your looking for then this isn’t the one .

Brighton weekend 5/6 july

There was no toilet bathroom. Shower was good. Beds were comfortable. There was a TV and coffee maker. Access to room Was complicated but there was someone on hand to help. It was better than I expected as some of the reviews were terrible.

Only good thing was the man on the desk checking us in, otherwise I can’t say I’ll stay here again. There must be nice rooms downstairs but upstairs felt like nobody cares about them as they’re cheaper rooms, don’t think anyone’s given the room a proper clean in a while as there was fresh bedding

Quirky and Memorable Stay

Very quirky room and I loved it. My room was at the front so I had a little balcony that I relaxed on looking out over the square and sea. Great mattress and hot shower.

mouldy bathroom could'nt use it had to use friends room! how can check in take 40 minutes ! shame about this place is its a dump but in the perfect spot. i would'nt reccomend this hotel to a dead rodent, they have even left this place
