"Convenient location to Tewksbury and motorway links. Ideal having service shops onsite. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Negative was the room doesn't have aircon and we found the room to be extremely hot! Fan was provided in the room but still we found room 16 on the ground floor very hot. ..."

Good location but bathroom needs a clean

"Great central location, easy parking and spacious airy accomodation with kitchen and dining area. However, the bathroom was a bit grubby and in need of a deep clean. The extractor fan had a build up of dust and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long while."

"Unfortunately I didn't sleep at all because the mattress was in such poor condition that I was lying on springs. Otherwise it was clean and bright. I think the owner needs to change the mattress or buy a mattress topper"
