“Aun cuando solicitamos servicio de aseo de la habitación y un refresh adicional, no hubo seguimiento al respecto y no realizaron limpieza 👎”

“This was such a unique experience and was most of the most beautiful hotels I've enjoyed. The location (just steps away from charming downtown St. Joe, MI and Lake Michigan) is wonderful, and the historical significance was so special. The Speakeasy was so much fun on a Saturday night and the drinks were DELICIOUS. The continental breakfast was tasty and fresh and very convenient. Could not gush more about what a special place this is!”

“Everything was good. The people, the food and the facility were good”

“Location, friendly staff, clean towels / beds made each day the balcony provided great views and the restaurant food was excellent.”

“Buena limpieza y atención del personal del hotel. ”

“Todo muy bien, el personal excelente, dejé olvidadas unas sandalias en mi habitación y me las guardaron y las enviaron por correo a mi casa, excelente servicio y muy honrados.”

“I’m a Dove users and forgot to grab my body wash !! But the body wash they provided was Dove !! I was so happy will be returning in November !! Love this place 💕”

“This hotel is adorable ! It also has a good restaurant with good drinks . However, if you need to sleep I would reconsider. We arrived on Friday and we enjoyed the live music which stopped at 10 pm -then the dj started. Not only could we hear all the voices from the restaurant below but also the loud music. We were lucky to get 4 hours of sleep. We also rented a king room with a twin. The twin bed was more of a toddler size bed. Its too bad because the hotel is really adorable”
