Right on the lake, beautiful views, quiet neighborhood! Krista was very quick to respond thru the booking process. There was only 4 of us, but so roomy for when we want to come back and bring our other adult kids! Check in/check out was very easy, beds were comfy, and rooms were spacious.

The kitchen was stocked for us. There was enough for us to cook with. The kitchen is pretty big, so not all the cabinets had items in them, which was okay. The master room was huge. Your master sweet could have put two more air mattresses in their or day beds. Showers were great and the water temperature was nice and hot. To have the extra seating area inside to just be able to look out on the lake was beautiful in both morning and night. I like the fact that you had a complete living room set. Coouch, love seat, and recliner. They were comfortable. We had such a great time.

This was a very beautiful well-maintained lakefront home that we are definitely thinking about coming back to in the future. The amenities and openness of the home was very nice and I was impressed with the comfort of the mattress that we slept on. Definitely recommend this to anyone I give it five stars!

My family and I had a fun, relaxing stay at Sunset Peak! Check-in was smooth and easy, and Krista provided excellent communication with us when we reached out to her at the beginning of our stay. She was very friendly and helpful, which we all really appreciated. The house was nicely decorated and spacious. It was great to have areas for our group of seven to spread out and relax, plus room for when we all wanted to hang out together. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and we absolutely loved the lake view! Thanks again, Krista, for a relaxing stay and for being a great host!

YOU ARE DOING IT RIGHT

Beautiful older home that is well taken care of. And the little extra touches made are our stay even better. Like trash bags, salt/ pepper and so on. Krista Mayo got back with me right away. Will definitely be staying again in future. Oh and view of lake is breathtaking!

Lovely home and perfect location

We are three senior women who were on a ten-day road trip discovering northern and central Indiana. We chose this home as a central location for our day trips as far east as Indiana Dunes National Park and as far south as Fort Wayne. We also wanted to be in the center of Amish Country.This location was perfect for us. The house is large and the bedrooms, in particular, are spacious. The early-May weather didn't cooperate, but in nicer weather we would have had our morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the large deck overlooking the lake.The house was well equipped and the beds were quite comfortable. The lower level contains several game tables and a television but one of our group can not accommodate stairs so we didn't use those amenities.The owner's communication was detailed and prompt. We can recommend this property!

Peaceful getaway

Very peaceful property in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Had a nice lake view from both levels of the house. House had lots of room - bedrooms were big! Nice open concept from kitchen, dining and living room. 3 big tvs but we never turned them on. Would like to come back someday. We visited Shipshewana and drive was about 18 minutes away, so not bad at all.

Roomy and refreshing

This house was perfect for a birthday celebration for me with my husband and our adult kids with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms up and a bedroom down. The furnishings, bedding, and kitchen have a luxury feel. We enjoyed the amazing view of the clean lake and the spacious interior.
