“Lovely property”

“Unusual communication from the start. Booked through expedia, host was listed as Mei but actually a third party company made contact AFTER the free cancellation period asking for a large deposit. This was highly Unusual but I did my due diligence and they were a real company. On checkout it was confirmed I'd receive my deposit but it has taken well over a month to finally receive the funds. I received 6 emails during our stay with reminders of house rules, checkout procedures and even asking for...

“Me gustó la confianza y la comunicación por mensaje, pero me hubiera gustado una atención más personal. Que tuvieran personal a toda hora daría mayor seguridad. Sobre la limpieza diaria, no aseaban, solo ordenaban y tendían la cama.”

“Didn't get much sleep because of dog on nextdoor property continually bark almost all night then started again early morning. The receptionist was excellent and very helpful answering my questions. Then she was driver on pickup so once again very helpful with excellent service.”

“Room was lovely and clean, comfy beds and the shower had great pressure”

“Lindísimo hotel y el personal muy amable! las habitaciones son amplias y con linda decoración. Lo recomiendo al 100%! estuve por mi Luna de Miel y tuvieron muy lindos detalles con nosotros. ”

“No se parece a las fotos. Zona insegura”

“Excellent Motel and value for money. Clean and tidy with really friendly and helpful staff. The Cleaning Staff do an excellent job and the Staff at Reception are welcoming and friendly. Very easy to recommend this Motel !”

Everything was impeccably clean, the room was quiet and comfortable, and the overall feel of the hotel was modern and elegant. The location is excellent, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and other amenities within easy walking distance, making it a great base. What really stood out was the genuine attention to detail and the personal touches from the...

“Good quiet stay, clean room and bathroom”

“Enjoyed our stay, accommodation needs maintenance..Room was clean and staff were helpful.Very disappointed In regards to Expedia to whom we booked with as we charged a lot more than if we had gone direct with Rydges..So we won’t be recommending Expedia in the future..”

“The unit was a typical motel but certainly clean and fit for purpose.”

“Apartments are in fron of the Manukau Bus Station, but are incredibly quiet. There is a park in front if you want to take a walk or jog.Two bedroom apartment is good sized, good complete kitchen with oven, stove, big fridge, microwave, toaster.. Bathroom is OK. Now for the bad part. Beds are small (not queen, double size), mattress is poor (had to buy a mattresss topper to stay 10 days) Air conditioning is a portable unit, very noisy and irritating. No "split" on the wall. Cleaning service is...

“Location was really go to get to downtown and to the nice Parnell shops and restaurants area. Free parking was very convenient.”
