  • Clean and cozy condo overlooking SML. Queen size bed, full sofa, air mattress available if needed, large TV with Dish Network. Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, oven, refrigerator, plastic glasses and bowls and most all utensils. Parkway Marina is within walking distance, they have a store and they rent pontoon boats, with their permission boats can be docked at Belview overnight. Private pool with some shade. Community grill . The fir pit on property is for home owners only and it’s a two pet limit

Smith Mountain Lake Condo

Enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to Parkway Marina & Smith Mountain State Park.Condo was perfect for just my husband and I. Would stay again and highly recommend. Very quiet.

Great location and cozy place

Perfect for a small family. Went with my 2 sons and was right next to the state park entrance. Great for a weekend getaway.

Relaxing Stay

I was in town for the annual triathlon and this was the perfect place to rest before and after the event. Quiet and comfortable.

Nice stay for wedding at the Marina

We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to our wedding we attended at the Marina. The fold out bed was even quite comfy for my daughter!

Great location!

Close to swimming, fishing, boating, and hiking. Rickey made check-in easy, even with flight delays. Would love to come back for a longer stay.

The area is being very well maintained by the other condo owners and it's a beautiful, friendly place to visit. They too enjoy the peace and quiet. The condo itself was clean, quiet, well built, and had plenty of amenities. Thanks to Rickey for renting it out - what a treat!

Lovely condo

Very pleasant stay at this welcoming condo. Only minor issue was finding the lockbox due to the fact that we arrived after dark. Thanks. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location

We loved the condo and location. Everything was clean and it was the perfect space for our weekend vacation. The only issue I had was getting the wifi to work. The username and password did not work. Other than that though it was a fantastic spot!

Beautiful & perfect setting!!!

Our visit to the condo was perfect! Location is ideal & unit is very cozy & comfortable. Looked small in the photos but we were pleasantly surprised at how roomy it was. Check in & entry was easy & Rickey was quick to answer any questions we had. He was also very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay for an addl night. Marina is down the street, easy for us to have water access for our boat. Loved it!!! Hope to visit again soon…

Wonderful stay

Property was just as described. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, nice and updated bathroom and kitchen and all basic necessities. AC worked great and check in process very simple. Need updated pictures to show new furniture and updates! :) We’ll be back :)

The property is itself a good. But the website doesn't have enough information to state what is available (crockery, iron, tea) and what is not available (like soaps, coffee) and how far the nearest grocery store is.

What a great place!

Great condo! Just exactly right for the two of us and our little Sheltie! The owner was very prompt to answer a few questions that we had. The balcony is darling and the sunsets and sunrise are fantastic- as promised! The pool looked very inviting but it was a stormy weekend so we didn't get a chance to use it. We did enjoy the jetted tub! Plenty of hot water for a relaxing soak after a long day! This property is wonderful! You will enjoy it! Very convenient to a lot of things!

Amazing Getaway Weekend on SML

This property is perfect. Clean and organized with everything you could need, an easy check in process, and a very communicative host! The condo is well furnished with a cute waterfront balcony (chairs provided!) and has everything you need (coffee, mugs, dishes, ice maker, cable TV, dvd). The pool also has plenty of seating options as well as a covered pergola with patio furniture that’s perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets on the lake. Fire pit on the property is very nice. Overall, the condo is a quiet and centrally located spot for a perfect trip to the water. We will absolutely be back.
