“This home is huge and we had so much room to roam!! Plenty of bedrooms. Listing is a bit inaccurate with number of beds but each bedroom has one bed. We were missing some towels and kitchen items which the owner delivered promptly to the property. It is in a great part of town. Safe area!! Easy to get to where we needed to be within the city. Thank you!!”

“We had a party of 8 and the home was big enough for us to be comfortable but not more than that. It has been well taken care of and seems nicely updated with the exception of the shower that I am sure is soon on the list for an update based on the rest of the house. The shower head is five and a half feet off the ground and the shower controls Are quite old fashioned though fully functional. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of bedding and towels. ”

“The house was well equipped, well-maintained, well stocked and clean. The bathroom and kitchen were modern. It was ideal for my needs as I was spending most of my time at Anschutz hospital which was just five minutes away. I liked having a quiet place to come to with no other people at the end of the day. And liked having my own driveway.”

Apparently the neighbors are a big problem so we were constantly worried that there would be an issue. This put us on edge the whole week. This was especially true since we couldn’t park in the garage (It’s too small for a full size SUV.)
