“Tidy small inn and very comfortable. Coffee and tea were available at a station in the hall as well as in each room. Easy to come and go. Small restaurants and coffee shop are within easy walking distance.”

“I have already opened a case with Expedia and have not heard back- I contacted the hotel directly Hello, I have arrived at the property and am disappointed to find that it does not match the listing photos or description. The accommodations appear significantly more worn and less clean than represented online. In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions with the access code, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the hostess was rude and dismissive. Because there are no...

“I did not really enjoy the stay here. Compared to the price, I was pretty disappointed by the amenities. The room was completely dark and the radiator was causing me to have constant sneezing.”

“Si , muy limpio , pero para ser Chateau Relaix pienso debería tener más servicios y comodidades , El desayuno por ejemplo no tienen lugar para tomarlo , o en la habitación q es pequeña y si tienes mucho equipaje de un largo viaje , no hay lugar y sino en una mesita ratona en el pequeño lobby, El nivel del desayuno muy buen nivel pero muy escaso ni tostadas había , todo ello fue suplido por la amabilidad de la recepcionista q trato con esmero superar los faltantes ”

“Staff is non existent and included breakfast was vage at best had to brew own coffee breakfast was hard boiled eggs, bananas,or strawberries covered with mold and toast but the room and house was nice but in need of some furniture updates”

“Si bien la recepción fue muy amable, nos pareció extraño no realizar un check in formal.”

“I stayed for three nights whilst I was in transitioning between selling and buying homes. It was nice having a full kitchen, the bed was comfortable.”

“This property is conveniently located close to Kent Falls State Park. The owners are very friendly and chatted with us at checkin and during breakfast. Restaurants and stores are in Kent, about 6 miles away. Breakfast is included: cereal, juice, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, pastries, coffee, and tea. Our room did not have a dresser but other rooms, which had 1 bed instead of 2, did. The heater was noisy but it worked fine and kept the room warm. The bathroom is tiny. There is a nice room to...

“The handle in my room didn't work properly, I always had to wait to enter the password.”

“Loved the window seats looking out into the trees! The property is actually not far from commerce— basically right next to a Target, but from the property it does not feel like it— the space is surrounded by trees. The bed is kind of in an alcove so might be hard to get in/out if you have mobility concerns, but I found it super cozy/comfortable. Enjoyed our time here after seeing a show at Tanglewood.”

“We booked two rooms and Hailey made sure to put us together. She could not have been kinder about helping us to find places to eat and make us feel comfortable as we dropped my son off for his first semester of college.”

“Amazing peaceful property! Very clean and host is excellent with communication! I will be a returning guest.”
