We all enjoyed our stay at this house! The setting was very peaceful, the accommodations were very comfortable, and, the house met all of our needs.
We loved sitting out on the upper deck with our morning coffee, and, loved hanging out around the gas fire pit at night.
The property owners were very friendly, and, VERY responsive to any questions or needs we had.
The only problem we had was with the handicap accessible shower. Unfortunately, the shower drain didn’t drain well, and, because there is no elevated edge along the shower entrance, water backed up all over the bathroom floor and onto the bedroom carpet.
The owners responded to our call for help immediately, and, the drain clog was remedied right away. Unfortunately, for both the owners and for us, the situation created a mess.
I would just caution anyone using that shower to pay attention to whether or not the water is indeed flowing into the drain. Because the water was able to flow freely from the shower area into the rest of the bathroom, the fact that the water was not flowing properly down the drain wasn’t picked up on until it was too late.
I hope others find their stay to be as pleasant as ours was.
