This two-level home is designed for comfort and flexibility, accommodating up to 6 guests:

On the lower floor, you’ll find the main living room, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom.

On the upper floor, there’s a second, more relaxed living area with two single sofa beds, an additional single sleeping area, and access to the private rooftop terrace with panoramic views over Huesca’s rooftops.

The kitchen includes everything you need: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer, plus cutlery and cooking essentials.

As a guest you will have access to:

This apartment is located in the very heart of Huesca, just steps from the city’s most iconic landmarks.

The majestic Cathedral of Huesca and its lively surrounding square are literally around the corner, less than a one-minute walk.

From this unbeatable location, you can easily explore the historic old town, stroll through the charming streets lined with local shops and cafés, and reach cultural highlights like the Monastery of San Pedro el Viejo or the lively Plaza López Allué within minutes.

Whether you`re here for sightseeing, work, or a weekend escape, you’ll enjoy the quiet comfort of a central neighborhood with everything at your doorstep.

Thanks to its central location, you can walk to nearly all major attractions. Public buses and the tram connect easily with other parts of the city.

The train station is also nearby for day trips to Zaragoza (about 1 hour) or further into Aragón.

If you’re driving, free parking may be available nearby on the street.

The property has two floors with access by stairs.

The first floor consists of the main living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom.

On the upper floor there is another living room with two sofa beds and the terrace.

There is split type air conditioning and gas radiators.

The property has a total area of 120m2 and has a decibel detector.

The accommodation is equipped with:

Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
