“Exactly as advertised. House was clean and everything worked properly. It is tucked back in a cute neighborhood where all the neighbors wave or smile at you as you’re driving by. “Great location, great space for our purpose (celebration of life for my late wife), lots of room for people interaction. On the down side the gym area was dirty and littered with bugs, the hot tub was green and of little interest in the state it was in, the water had a unwelcome odor.All told and with that in mind, we hope to rent the property again perhaps next summer.”
