Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pets during the stay. This includes, but is not limited to: stains, odors, scratches, or chewing damage. We ask that all pets remain leashed and under your full control at all times while on the property to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Pet-Friendly Property Reminder As a pet-friendly cabin, we rent to both guests with and without pets. While we provide a thorough professional cleaning after every stay, we cannot guarantee the absence of pet allergens. If you or anyone in your group has a pet allergy or sensitivity, please take this into consideration before booking. Non-Smoking Policy To maintain a clean, healthy, and enjoyable environment for all our guests, smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and marijuana—is strictly prohibited inside the cabin and within 15 feet of all doors, windows, and outdoor living spaces, including the hot tub and fire pit areas. Any violation of this policy will result in a minimum $1,500 cleaning and restoration fee, which will be charged to the guest’s account. This fee covers deep cleaning, odor removal, and potential cancellation or compensation to future guests affected by lingering smoke.
