    Reserve su estancia en esta casa de lujo ejecutivo que cuenta con vestíbulo de dos pisos, dos salas de estar, cocina isla con todos los electrodomésticos y el espacio del desayuno, estudio que podría ser utilizado como sala de juegos / desván, interior área de lavado que incluye lavadora / secadora, dormitorio secundario con baño completo en la planta baja, que está adaptada para minusválidos, mesa de billar para el entretenimiento y que yo no olvido de mencionar la nueva construcción piscina en el suelo natación y espectaculares vistas al mar del mar Caribe, el Yunque, y Vieques a partir de dos relajantes balcones / terrazas.

    Incluido en el precio del alojamiento y el tiempo que está en buenas condiciones, es el uso del carrito de golf que tiene capacidad para cuatro pasajeros, que es una excelente manera de viajar a muchas de las atracciones / actividades dentro del complejo, incluyendo hoteles, una variedad de restaurantes y comidas informales para satisfacer todos los gustos, playa, campo de golf, tenis, centro ecuestre, y los clubes.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay in this wonderful home. Gladys, the owner was so welcoming and accommodating. The house was beautiful along with the views. The use of the golf cart to get around the complex was so convenient.

We had a great time and Gladys was a great host. The house has plenty of room and everything you need for cooking and spending a week with the family. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay. Gloria and Carlos were very responsive and helpful. The property was lovely and in a beautiful gated community. There was construction going on next door, which is no fault of Gloria’s, and it honestly wasn’t bothersome. The house was well stocked and fit our two families very well. We had plenty of space to be together or separate depending on how we felt. The pool was clean and beautiful. We couldn’t get the fountain working but the jacuzzi bubbler and jets worked fine and the robot kept it clean. Great stay, thank you so much!

The accommodations were very comfortable and inviting. There was ample space to hang out with friends and family inside or outside by the pool and grill, and to admire the breathtaking views.

Comfortable stay within Palmas del Mar resort area! Local beach, nature trails, restaurants and within an hour of major tourist attractions such as San Juan, El Yunque and Laguna Grande.

My Family and I enjoyed our stay in Palmas Del Mar at Gladys Rosario’s property. Her Manager, Carlos Vera was very helpful in making our stay very pleasant. Would return to enjoy the property again.

This house made our stay more than enjoyable! Beautiful, clean (none of us saw a bug inside), the kitchen have everything you can imaging; cookware, coffee maker (expresso and conventional maker), toaster, etc.; AC units and TV's in every room, balcony in 3 of 4 rooms upstairs with great view to Vieques, Pool was cleaned and they were coming to clean it constantly. Patio, spacious and peaceful with a hammock ...in the video you will see they are building a massive house next door but believe me; it won't bothered you at all...even the workers were respectful. Location could not be better; quiet and safe; you need a code to get in after 6pm. Pool table and golf cart are a super plus...my adult kids enjoyed it and if power go out, no problem...house have a new backup generator ready to go. Big shut out to Carlos Vera and Gladis Rosario...property managers; great hosts, great communication, great people; they made us feel like we were part of their family. I will recommend this house to anyone. We will definitely come back...

Great Puerto Rican Holiday Casa

The house is classic PR Architecture and was decorated for the holidays. Spectacular View, Great Neighborhood, Nice Kitchen, Pool Area and Outdoor Dining. The generator worked great during an island wide New Years power outage. The golf cart was very convenient.

Had a wonderful stay.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very spacious, clean and inviting home in a wonderful, gated community. The host is lovely, very kind. The beach is a golf cart ride away, kids enjoyed every minute of being outside most of the day. Will be back!

Best 50th Birthday Week

I had an amazing time with my friend and family. House was better than advertised. Easy check in and out. I'm originally from Puerto Rico and my friends were visiting for the first time. They all had so much fun. My fiance and I got married at the beach and celebrated my 50th ziplining in El Yunque. Over all an amazing getaway.

WHAT A VIEW!

This beautiful house is in a double gated resort. The views the home are amazing. The house was very clean and comfortable. We were a party of 8 and had more than enough room in the house. It was also nice to be able to come home with clean laundry. Very quiet. The golf cart was so much fun! You can tour the entire resort. We rented another one and were able to go exploring all together.

More than we expected!

This is a beautiful property in the lovely resort community of Palmas Del Mar. We were surprised with two golf carts when we arrived, which was perfect for our group of 8. We used these every day to explore the many secret gems of the area. On one of our last days, we found a hidden beach that we would have frequented had we known of it earlier. The property is more amazing than posted. There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy. Three balconies overlook the ocean and the island of Vieques. Only 1 complaint--the grill had no propane.

Gladis was very communicative throughout our stay and responded quickly whenever issues arose. Carlos also assisted, although at times he seemed frustrated by our requests.Upon arrival, the power went out and the generator did not work properly. After contacting Gladis and Carlos, they worked quickly to resolve the problem. The property was generally clean, though we did notice a couple of small bugs during our stay.There were several maintenance issues. The first-floor shower never provided consistent hot water, and the bathroom toilet developed a significant leak that required a repair visit the next day. We appreciated that the owners kept us informed whenever someone needed access to the property.The biggest disappointment was the ongoing construction next door. While not the owners' fault, it affected the privacy, outdoor enjoyment, and partially obstructed the ocean view. Construction started around 7:00–7:30 a.m. daily. The pool was clean, but the fountain was not operational. We also experienced a strong seaweed odor that limited our ability to enjoy the outdoor spaces.There was some confusion regarding the golf cart, as another cart remained parked near the front entrance and appeared abandoned, detracting from the property's appearance.On the positive side, the TVs worked well, the refrigerator appeared new, and we appreciated the welcome wine and snacks. However, for the price paid, the property could benefit from updates and better maintenance. Some furnishin

A perfect retreat

I’ve rented Gladys home about 4 times over the last few years. That should say something. My mom and dad are elderly and this is a perfect home to accommodate them and their needs. The layout of the home is perfect with ample space for all. Breathtaking views from every level that pictures just don’t justify. A beautiful pool and well maintained landscape that makes you feel in paradise. The host and contact person for the home were professional, polite and always there if needed. Palmas Overlook Vacation

Lovely well-appointed home with plenty of space for large group of diversely aged individuals. We were comfortable, each with a terrace view.Home & grounds were well-maintained & aesthetically pleasing, blending in with the splendid tropical setting & unlike the surrounding villas--private. Private pool. Unfortunately, adjacent construction interfered with the ambience a bit. Use of golf cart was a plus our younger adults enjoyed.Homeowner (distinct from on site manager) is exceptionally pleasant & responsive.Major issues: 1. Check in process--inflexible. Although, we appreciate the personal touch, it can add to guest stress if pressured to arrive at a specific time. Providing keyless entry or lock box may be a viable solution. In addition, print out important instructions & place in binder eliminating hurried on-site manager. QR opened inconsistently. 2. Amenities-- FYI-Guest passes are only valid Mon-Thurs. Club may be closed weekdays for maintenance as well. Guests should craft alternative plans or get beach access at the Wyndham. (Parking fee applicable). Club related matter. 3. Hot tub was tepid at best. 4. Gate entrance fob malfunctioned. Obtain link to access code from the accommodating owner. Minor stuff--some house supplies stock was low for party number. 2nd floor bathroom could use some repair. Overall, the home was beautiful and made for an extremely nice stay for our crew. We thank the gracious host for helping us create wonderful family fun memories.

No la recomiendo

La comunicacion tanto con la dueña y el encargado, fue pobre! ; no contestaban el telefono. El carrito al tercer dia murio, y la respuesta de la dueña fue; "el golf car es un amenitie, es hasta q dure" ... al fin nos trajeron otro, y estaba peor, no prendia. A fin de cuentas tuvimos q rentar uno por nuestra cuenta, lo q no me parece justo, ya que el anuncio dice q incluye el golf car.. Tambien nos sucedio con el papel de baño, el anuncio dice q esta incluido, y noo. Llame la dueña y me dijo q era mientras duraba. Pienso que no deben poner anuncio falso, y asi uno va preparado con todo. Tambien se fue la luz y la casa no tiene planta electrica, se podran imaginar el calor. Yo y mi familia definitivamente no volvemos.

Spectacular views at sunrise and sunset!!!

What an amazing week at this rental location. The property is beautiful and well maintained. It offers views of the mountains and sea that are breathtaking. Both Gladys and Carlos were helpful and prompt in all of our communications. Our family would revisit this property in the future.

Better than listed!

This is a great house to rent. The pictures don’t show just how nice the Propery actually is and they are easy to work with. Had a fabulous vacation. Having a golf cart was wonderful - we rented a second so we didn’t use the car when we stayed in the community. We toured approx 1/2 the time and travel / location as easy including airport. Good food options, local secret beach, marina tours 5 minutes away to fish or snorkel, food delivery, small market, golf, beach party etc. The pool was wonderful, clean, had floats and balls for teens and adults. Kitchen easy to use. Maybe a new toaster and bigger coffee pot but if that’s your biggest need vacation is a success right? We cooked and found what we needed. They supply a few dishwasher tabs and washing machine pods. Might need more if you plan to use these often. We didn’t. They left a bag of ice to use with the cooler and provide plenty of towels and beach chairs. You won’t need anything. Had a minor issue and Carlos responded and fixed within 2 hours. Views are fabulous. Outdoor furniture is comfortable and plenty. Plenty of room indoors. Air conditioning works great. Loved the retractable sunshades poolside and covered patios. The hammock was a favorite. Beds were comfortable. We were not traveling with kids but they had tons of extras if you are. They have a pool table and games. Checkout simple - they do almost everything for you. All in all I recommend this Propery plus the neighbors are friendly and welcoming like all of the people we met in Puerto Rico.
