Impresionante relajante !! Fácil de caminar a la playa, piscina muy privada

Esta casa de 4 dormitorios está ubicada en una comunidad pequeña, privada y segura llamada Villa Palmira. Esta área es conocida por muchos turistas debido a que es parte de la reserva natural de Humacao. Humacao es una pequeña ciudad turística costera ubicada en el lado este de la isla (a 45 minutos en automóvil del aeropuerto de San Juan), con fácil acceso a muchas actividades de deportes acuáticos y a solo 25 minutos del área de Fajardo, que es donde se encuentran los ferrys. Para las hermosas islas de Culebra y Vieques, estas dos pequeñas islas que forman parte de Puerto Rico han sido calificadas para tener 1 de las 20 playas más hermosas del mundo. Villa Palmira también tiene su propia playa, que está a poca distancia de esta propiedad. Esta propiedad tiene 4 dormitorios, 3 baños (uno de los dormitorios está separado, junto a la piscina, para grupos que prefieren tener su privacidad). Está totalmente equipado para unas vacaciones increíbles y la mejor referencia que puedo proporcionarle a cualquiera de mis futuros inquilinos es una de mis otras propiedades que he estado alquilando durante muchos años en la misma comunidad, que es una de las propiedades vacacionales mejor valoradas. en la zona, no dude en detenerse y preparar las reseñas (propiedad n. ° 159136). La ubicación de esta propiedad ofrece todo tipo de restaurantes, bares, deportes acuáticos, centros comerciales, mercados de alimentos y muchas más cosas a solo unos minutos en automóvil. La clave para cualquier negocio es la calidad del servicio que ofrece a sus inquilinos y esa es mi especialidad. Así que vamos, te invito a pasar unas vacaciones relajadas y económicas en un hogar seguro y cómodo.

Family vacation

Our family vacationed in peurto Rico and stayed at this beautiful property. The kids enjoyed the pool and local stores and activities were a short drive away. I highly recommend booking here!

Returning Mission Team

Our Mission Team came back to Humacao and stayed in several homes in the Punta Santiago neighborhood. The house was beautiful, the check in process was easy and the house had everything we needed.

Nice family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was comfortable and clean. Close to stores, restaurants and within walking distance to the beach. The pool was a great addition. Will definitely recomend it and will stay again.

Spring Break 2025

We had 6 adults and one tween, and stayed for a week. We had plenty of space for all of us to hang out as a family or to chill in our own rooms. I enjoyed walking down to the beach each morning for the breath taking views and a relaxing swim. We enjoyed the pool, the pool table, and grilling out. We had no complaints, and enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Grrat vacation spot

This property is perfect for a trip to Puerto Rico. The pool and pool table kept everyone entertained for hours. Very quiet gated neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. This house comfortably fit our entire family of 8. Highly recommended.

Lovely home & plenty of room

The house was clean, air conditioners worked great! The kids loved the pool and we walked to the nearby beach to explore but decided not to swim due to the waves and we had smaller kiddos with us. Well stocked kitchen tools/plates/itensils.

Beautiful break

It was perfect! We all enjoyed the salt water pool and the guys loved playing pool every night. The grill made cooking fun and easy. Plenty of towels made it convenient since there was 8 of us. It was absolutely perfect. uys

Our stay here was amazing! The house was very clean and spacious. Loved that it was in a gated community and not in a touristy area. But is just a short drive to catch the ferry to Culebra, visit Old San Juan, see El Hippie, Piedra Blanca, the Ceiba Atabey, and lots of local places to eat. Our favorite part was definitely the pool though. We didn’t really use the beach area as it did have the sargassum around it. But that was expected this time of year. But the view at the beach was beautiful. Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants a quiet getaway with attractions just a short drive away.

Family Vacation

Cute little property with a great pool! The property manager was great and was always quick to respond to my questions. The only thing I wish they had was a stove or a little convention oven. Also, the water went out on the last day so we could not shower or go to the restroom but we understand things like that happen. I would definitely come back here again!

Nice place

The owner is very nice and accessible, and was very responsive when we needed anything or had questions. The place itself is nice enough, and the pool is great - clean, a good size, and lovely sitting spaces around it. The villa it's a part of is a mixed bag , and the location is mixed - a terrific nature reserve very close by, but otherwise not much around. But overall, we enjoyed our stay!

100% pure relaxation

Great place if you come to it with the right expectations

Our stay started off a little disjointed when I realized the day-of that I had not been given any check-in information! I tried to contact the host via message and telephone number provided but received no responses for several hours. The host apologized when she eventually called us from a different (Florida) number as the person who answered the number given on this site (Puerto Rican number) did not speak English and didn't think to connect us to the person who could. After the stress of figuring out how to get into the gated community and the house, things went smoothly. The one main concern, however, about the host was the initial dismissiveness of our concerns when we raised them that evening. First, the living room A/C was "clunking" quite loudly where you could not have the A/C on at any level and maintain a conversation in the house, and second, the pool water was cloudy and appeared to be in need of being cleaned. Our host said that "all the A/Cs are loud" and told us to turn it down if it was too loud for us, and told us that the pool was just cleaned the day before. After fiddling with the A/C ourselves the first night and again the following morning, it seemed that the A/C is loud after a period of non-use because it worked fine for the remainder of the trip. If you stay here, give it several hours if it's loud and hopefully you'll have the same luck. As for the pool, algae started growing on the sides/bottom a day or two later. I sent an actual picture to our host and she had someone come out that day. Not major issues over the course of the trip, but it was a bit disappointing to never have a "clear" pool because the general cloudiness and greenness remained since it wasn't handled right away. We had hoped the ocean would have been without seaweed during our stay but didn't have luck. Folks had commented in other reviews that this was a possibility so we came hoping for the best but knowing that this was a risk. Our stay would have been incredible if the beach/ocean was useable for swimming and sunbathing, but it was still a nice place to walk. There are other beautiful beaches within a half hour drive which do not have the same amount of seaweed. Restaurants and locals were extremely thankful that tourism is starting to pick up. I would definitely recommend a visit to PR, and except for our miscommunication/difficulties the first day this was a nice place to stay particularly for a larger group.

Family trip to PR 2019

The house looked just like the pictures. It was fully furnished and was very comfortable for the 11 of us. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to Walmart, the high way, and restaurants. Norma was awesome and responded to any concerns we had. When the owner of the property had to be contacted, he responded and took immediate action to accommodate us. We would definitely stay at this property again. Very affordable and worth every penny we spent. Having our own private pool was great!The kids definitely enjoyed it everyday. Highly recommended! Thank you to Norma & Jose. :)

Bueno para compartir en familia

La casa está en buenas condiciones. Muy buena piscina. Los “add-on” que ofrecen son buenos. La playa no es buena para bañarse pero para tomar un baño de sol, está bien. Tienes cerca el Malecón de Naguabo y la reserva para hacer kayak. La pasamos muy bien. Gracias a la host por su amabilidad.

Beach House

Our family vacation in this home was awesome. Loved the house. Although we didn't spend much time in the house because we were off exploring the island but the evenings we were there were amazing & relaxing. The kids & teenagers loved the pool & pool table. The beach was filled with seaweed but we all manged past the seaweed to swim in the ocean. House is located so close to ferry terminal in Ceiba so that was a plus for us. Would love to stay again.
