Five stars, no debate.This place delivered on every level. Arturo was a fantastic host, easy to book with, super responsive, and genuinely helpful. He shared great local recommendations and made the whole stay smooth from start to finish.The house itself is incredible. Fully stocked with everything you need (and then some), very comfortable, and clearly set up for actually living, not just passing through. Strong AC, fans throughout, great beds, and plenty of space. We were five total (2 adults, 3 kids) and never once felt cramped.The beach access is the real ace. It honestly feels like a private beach—quiet, uncrowded, and perfect for kids and adults alike. The location is ideal if you’re looking to unplug: far enough from the city to decompress, but close enough if you want to venture out. And the view from the deck? Unreal. Morning coffee and sunset up there were highlights of the trip.If you’re looking for a comfortable, peaceful, well-run place in Puerto Rico with a host who actually cares, this is it. We’d book again without hesitation.
