“I booked the hotel because they said the suite we booked had a kitchen, someone emailed me to confirm this and on the payment confirmation it states full kitchen. It did not have a kitchen. It had a fridge in the centre hallway and a double sink in the bathroom. Kettle on the living room and that's it. “Beautiful property, decorated and appointed to a high standard. Great spot to retire to after a long day exploring the area. Breakfast was spot on and just what we needed to set us up for the next day's adventures too. Sam and her Mum, Carole, were very welcoming and gave us some outstanding tips that made our days out even better. Thank you very much.”

“Had to ask for clean towels and coffee sachets. Also had to ask for room to be cleaned and bedding changed after 3 days. So a 7 day stay only changed once. Lights not working. Shower connected to taps so unable to control water temperature. Shaving light above sink not working. Towel rail in bathroom got dangerously hot and was held together with insulating tape. A small step down to the room had no hazard warning tape or aluminaton, tripped over going out and fell down going in.”
