“Laura is a great host. The space looks just like the photos. The rooftop view is amazing. Love the historical vibe of the building. Never had an issue with neighbors and never even saw anyone really. Very peaceful place. Even the noise outside in LB for the location didn't bother us with the windows open. Everything we needed that I didn't bring was in the studio. Nice big kitchen. We had a blast and will be back.”

“Apartment was very cute loved the decor. Location was perfect for our trip, close to the convention center, beaches and resturants. Neighbors were very nice and helpful with information. Parking was a bit of a hassle, there was limited street parking. Luckily a neighbors suggested the pay to park lot 2 blocks down.”

“The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place”

“The instructions for checking in were poorly written and needed to be sent much sooner than they did. The floors were not clean and our feet got filthy walking on them. The place was very convenient for walking, but don't bring more than one vehicle, there is only one parking space available. We had to pay for offsite parking. You need to park in the loading zone in order to access the keys.”

“Our stay here started on a very stressful note with bad experience. The host was very rude and the property was not cleaned at all and we had to do multiple back and forth just to get the basic cleaning done. The house listed had no basic amenities for soap/hand wash. The kitchen utensils were sticky, smelling bad and had expired products. The property is not wheelchair and kids friendly so please be mindful of it and be ready to walk further atleast 200m and multiple stairs inside the property...
