“The place is quite large and roomy. As everything was very nice and laid out to reflect the antique home. We enjoyed the quietness and relaxed stay. Thanks for allowing us to be a part of the past and reminisce of days gone by of how the territory was developed. We even journeyed over to the old stage coach house in Chireno from the upstairs bedroom picture and dreamt of many days gone by. Beautiful place as we loved our stay but we wished for more time to enjoy the pond and all the features...

“It wasn't as I expected. Although the picture showed all this beauty there were holes in the walls and the furniture was not very pretty. I saw several roaches just small issues that I had.”

“Amazing place to stay.”

“A nice quiet place for a family to gather.”

“Our weeklong stay in Lufkin was made very enjoyable by utilizing this property, with only a couple of hiccups. The HVAC unit wasn't working properly upon arrival on a warm early Summer day in June, but the host responded immediately by contacting a HVAC tech to get things working . Everything was promptly fixed, and we had a very cool and comfortable week. (For the out of staters,Texas summers can be brutal) Unseasonal rain storms caused the street to temporarily flood , but the house stayed...

“It was very clean and the host was excellent. We had enough supplies to last the week and that was nice. We loved the house but we didn’t like the surrounding areas”

“Perfect 2 bed, 2 bathroom house in a great location. Good communication with host. House was nice and cool with great mattress for a good night's sleep.”

“This is a great place! Very unique. A converted dairy barn that you would not imagine that it was a dairy barn! Just a short drive out of town in a peaceful setting. Cows will be your welcome committee! The home is comfortable with plenty of room and our dog loved the field to explore. Julie is an outstanding host. Kept in touch to make sure we had everything we need. ”

“We always have a good time staying here. We’ll keep booking!”

“Perfect location close to restaurants and campus. Safe area, beautiful home. Will stay again.”

“Great location, very short walking distance in to the town. Sadly the hosts cleaner had let him down but he was very apologetic and offered to rectify.”
