“Great location, cute place, updates needed! Sometimes it's the little things like only 4 place settings, and 3 chairs for a family of four, hot tub out of order, kitchen lights inoperable, saggy uncomfortable couch that feel like big things when they all add up. Lots of potential here, but definite updates needed! ”

“It was lovely place. It is well kept, and is located a short walk from the reservoir and beach. The pool and recreation center are directly across the street. It had enough room for two families, and the upstairs and downstairs laundry were a plus. We appreciated the baby chair, stroller, and port-a-crib.We would stay again.”

“Don’t believe the location listed for this rental. This Unit is not waterfront as displayed. You are not able to see the water nor the mountains. I would have picked another rental had I known”

“The condo is nice, but it wasn't cleaned well before we arrived and there was no vacuum available to use. The main floor had nit been vacuumed and we found crumbs everywhere and lots of long black hair on the couches and rugs. I also found a wadded up tissue on the table in the master bedroom. ”

“Spacious and amazing views of the reservoir. Comfortable beds and 2 car garage. Easy access to Snowbasin.”

“We had to make a last minute lodging change and the property manager was very accommodating. Snow conditions were lacking so the location was great to driving to Snowbasin (10min), Canyons (60 min) and Alta & Snowbird (just over an hour). Grocery just 10-15 minutes away. We were able to spread out and loved the private hot tub & access to a pool table & foosball table. We hope to come back!”
