This is a well-stocked, immaculate unit, in a wonderfully quiet development. There is access to beach, fishing, skiing, biking, and hiking, and I am sure more, within 15 minutes. It feels like home. There was little snow when we arrived so we went hiking and exploring, and then the snow came. Worth noting that the reported overnight snow was far lower than what we actually saw and skied on the higher parts of the mountain all week long so must be a base area report (Snowbasin). Ended up with 5 wonderful days on great snow! Hot tub was so nice after a hard day of fun. We slept like babies! Will be back to this unit for sure. Thank you Jen for the local intel!

Snowbasin Ski Stay

We had a wonderful experience at this property! Perfect for skiing at Snowbasin, which was only a 12 min easy drive away. The surrounding area is beautiful, quiet and rural and not overdeveloped like most towns near ski areas, with two great little village centers for exploring and shopping. The condo is exactly as pictured, laid out well for a family of skiers, with plenty of storage and room for wet gear and skis. Easy covered parking outside right by the stairs for quick loading and unloading on snowy days. The condo is upper level, so there are two flights outside for climbing, but it affords good light and views. Terrific view of the ski area from our windows, so we could watch the weather in the morning before heading up the road. Loved having two floors, with two spacious bedrooms and nice full baths. Great water pressure, too! Kitchen is very well stocked for cooking meals, which doesn’t always occur at rental properties. Loved the ambiance of the gas fireplace and cozy living room. Great interaction with Jennifer, who was responsive and gracious. Thanks again, Jennifer, for everything!

Basinview comfort.

Beautiful place! Location is excellent. Spacious, clean & very comfortable. Kitchen was fully equiped. (need additional kitchen trash bags) We had a great stay. Community hot tub at the clubhouse just steps away.

Awesome, Spotless, Well cared for, Perfect location

Super clean place, GREAT touches. TONS to do. Brunch on the mountain was off the hook, biking on the mountain was INSANE. Slept hard every night. Neighbors super chill, everyone well-behaved at the pool and mostly at the beach. Bonus: Lake here and smaller one up the road is a total smokeshow! 4 MD buddies from CA had a great time.

Second time as good as the first!

This was the second time I have stayed at this condo, and the second time was just as great as the first! The lake was at a record high, so we had no beach, but that made us venture a bit to other spots on this beautiful lake. We made a trip up to Causey Res. for hiking and cliff jumping (the teenagers and dad!), and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after the day’s adventures. Mountain biking at Snowbasin was highly recommended, as is sunbathing at the pool across the parking lot :) . We’ll be back!!!

Great condo near Snowbasin and Powder Mtn!

This condo was a fantastic location close to Snowbasin and Powder mountain. The condo was an easy drive from Ogden and the resorts. Everything was very comfortable, clean and easy to use. Communication with Jennifer was quick too! I would highly recommend this property! In terms of logistics, I would definitely suggest renters have a good SUV for the roads to the ski resorts. Travel from Ogden and in the valley was not a problem in all weather conditions. The Valley Market was really well stocked and we were able to enjoy dinners at home easily.

Relaxation Station

Wow, wow, wow, and then some! This place was super clean and super cozy. Tons of space and sleeping arrangements - kids switched around each night. We ate in most nights as take out nearby is very limited. But this gave us more time to hang out and spend even more quality time together. Snow was not great but snowbasin makes snow so still OK to ski on. We ventured out and discovered North Fork cross country trails (so fun! saw deer, hawks, turkeys?), went snowshoeing, snow hiking across the street, and built snowmen and snowladies in the campground next door. Hot tub was great right across the parking lot! So much to do!! Huge grocery store (can pre-order pickup) down the canyon right before the city, and amazing waterfall on the right just before the end of the canyon. Worth going there just to see it if you like waterfalls. The outside world can't get you here. It's truly blissful. Wish we were still there.

Great stay in Huntsville

Stayed in Huntsville as we were going to a wedding at Snowbasin resort, which was a short drive from the condo. Condo was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful views were an added bonus!

Amazing Condo near SnowBasin and Powder Mountain

This property was exactly as advertised. Ample space with separate bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Layout of the condo was open. Liked that the host had storage for our skis and boots at the end of the ski day. Easy to communicate with host. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

A perfect stay

This was one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at. The location was perfect for a quick bus ride to Snowbasin, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy, and the tub in the master bath was huge!!! Our host was super responsive to suggestions for trails and for supplying a pack and play for our baby. This was a great property and we’ll 100% stay here next time we come back to ski at Snowbasin.

Great place and location

The property is very clean and spacious. Snowbasin resort is a short drive distance, which is very convenient. Condo (townhouse) is big, very clean, and has everything you might need. Kitchen is fully stocked. They even have ski boots driers! I would definitely recommend and stay there again

Ski trip Snowbasin

Excellent location and propertie for a ski trip to Snowbasin. Ten minutes to the resort by car . Clean , safe, beatiful , with all we need for a 5 days staying. And Snowbasin is a really gem !

Comfort & Location

The condo was comfortable and ‘high end’ – nice wooden table & chairs (with a ‘Montana Mountain’ decorative feel), plush couches, kitchen was stocked with every cooking pot/pan/utensil I needed – along with high end appliances. I liked the easy access to the pool – which was refreshing after a day of local hikes (I used Alltrails App for that – “Icebox Canyon Loop” was gorgeous). There is a porch facing the mountains, and a fireplace with an over-sized log mantle, and I’m sure a cool ‘romantic’ feel in the wintertime (though my stay was summer). The washer-dryer came in super handy for my travel wardrobe. Quiet complex. The owners were responsive and helpful. This unit quickly felt like a ‘home away from home’ and I would stay again.

Came to Huntsville for a wedding at Snowbasin It was exactly what we needed only thing I would suggest is black out curtains for the master but that’s personal preference ♥️ The rental was awesome

Perfect getaway

Property was very clean, accommodations were super nice, property manager was attentive and responsive. We were in town for a wedding but this would be great for a longer stay which could include skiing or hiking/biking in the beautiful area.

summer fun

great place to relax and enjoy. the condo is well furnished, fully appointed kitchen, very nice and comfortable, and right across from the pool. we anchored the boat off the shore for the weekend, a 5 minute walk away. also enjoyed watching the birds off the deck in the evening. a great getaway for summer fun. five stars all around. thank you!
