  • This 3300 square foot meeting & lodging facility is nestled on a secluded hillside of Mountain Valley Ranch. With the large open areas in our multi-purpose room & kitchen make this house a perfect fit for your special event or gathering!

    ** Now with Fiber Optic WiFi**

    *Great for a vacation getaway or other special event: retreats, reunions, weddings, workshops and more!

    Large multi-purpose living room, kitchen & dining area, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 full, 1-3/4 with large shower) , wrap-around porch areas, BBQ grill. A/C, Heat. WiFi.

    Mountain Valley Ranch is a great place to get back in touch with life and loved ones. Stargazing, Wildlife Watching and Photography!

    We are tucked away, just under 2 miles down a dirt road, yet only an hour from Branson, MO. famous for it's many great activities and shows. As well as one hour in the opposite direction to Fayetteville, Rogers & Bentonville home to our famous Crystal Bridges Museum. And of course Eureka Springs is always a hit to visit.

    We are pretty centralized in location about an hour or less from Shopping, nightlife, outdoor attraction and river enjoyment of all types. Canoe the Buffalo River. Enjoy scenic Jasper and Ponca, just 25 minutes away. We are located 3 miles off Hwy 21. Locally, we're just a couple miles from the Kings River, for hiking and fishing, and the Buffalo National River reception area is home to popular attractions like the Lost Valley Hiking Trail, the Boxley Valley Elk Herd, the Ponca Elk Education Center and the Upper Buffalo Mountain Biking Trails. Plenty to keep you busy in all directions. Or just enjoy the peace of being in the Ozarks with all our animals and us. Hope to see you soon!

Loved our stay, house was very clean, area was beautiful. Perfect for our work trip. Made a short trip late afternoon to Boxley, saw several large bull elk and a field of female elk. Most beautiful area in Arkansas in my opinion.

Large Group w/ trucks and trailers

Great spot! The road leading in was definitely a little rough but well worth it. Not only did the Hannah house accommodate our entire crew but had enough parking for trucks with trailers, as we pulled side by sides . The property had everything we needed and very clear instructions

Family vacation

We love the fire pit and the sleeping arrangements were great. The whole family loves the area and can’t wait to come back. I hope everything was left as it should have been because I had to leave early because of an emergency at home. Looking forward to coming back! Great location and accommodations.

Secluded retreat for family reunion

The spacious cabin was a great choice for our group of 10 & pets. The property was expansive & awesome, the kids loved the animals, especially the very friendly donkey. Although secluded, the location is a great launching spot for excursions to Branson, Silver Dollar City, Eureka Springs, Jasper, Buffalo River, Ponca, the Elk in Lost Valley etc. Would definitely recommend!

Roomy accommodations

Nice house with lots of room for large family or group. The house is located at the back of property so was private. Enjoyed sitting on porch and watching the fire from the fire pit. House close enough to enjoy area attractions. The Ozarks are beautiful.

Lots of space!!!

This house is definitely set up for tons of guests. Everything is marked and has a place which is really nice. The living room is very open with lots of seating! The rooms are very basic, but comfortable. If you’re looking for clean, inviting and a lot of space both inside and out, this is a great location!!

Great place for the bunch

We had a great time The house was big enough to house 11 of us. Everyone had their own bedroom. My only suggestion? Better pots and pans. But has all the staples for our use! We will def come again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hannah’s house. The location was fabulous. I was concerned about the dirt road after reading the reviews, but it was actually very well kept. The directions to the house were great. We were close to so many things. We enjoyed Devils Den state park, the Buffalo River Steel Creek Campground, and the Lost Valley Trail. That area is so gorgeous. Because it had rained, we saw lots of waterfalls. Hannah‘s house was exactly us pictured very clean & very spacious with lots of little areas to congregate. Loved our stay there and will definitely will return.
