Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as free parking, and access to the shared laundry facility which is located on site. Guests will also have access to the shared gym and swimming pool in the clubhouse

For all stays of 28 nights or longer, a standard background check (via KeyCheck or similar service) and a signed temporary lease agreement are required. This is a requirement for long-term tenancy compliance in Huntsville. The background check fee (~$40) is paid directly by the guest to the screening provider.

- There is a hair dryer and clothing steamer in the bedroom wardrobe.

- This entire apartment complex is a non-smoking environment. If you need to smoke, please do so off property.

❗ While we make every effort to provide you with a bug free environment by thoroughly cleaning and using pest control, this is the south and bugs are not completely avoidable. If you see any bugs, feel free to go commando on them and let us know if we need to have our pest control company come and do a treatment. If you see dead bugs, that means the pest control is working. =)

- There is a water filter in the fridge.

- This building features a central A/C heating and cooling system.

- For guests staying 30+ days, a mandatory cleaning is provided every 30 days. After the first cleaning, a $90 fee applies for each additional service.

For stays over 28 nights, we require a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,000 security hold. This isn’t a traditional security deposit - it’s simply a pending authorization. As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $50, with an additional $2 per day after the first 10 days for stays longer than 30 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
