Relax and enjoy the river life in a newly renovated 3-bedroom home in Athens, AL
- Located in Athens, this lovely house offers a comfortable stay for guests seeking a relaxing getaway. With three bedrooms featuring a king bed, a queen bed, two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the Living room. If needed can provide an additional twin bed. There’s plenty of space for everyone. Two bathrooms provide convenience and privacy during your visit. The welcoming atmosphere makes it easy to feel right at home. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Athens and the Elk River have to offer. Sportsman's Park boat ramp is a short boat ride, 1.5 miles away, and this property has private dock access right across the street. The water level is limited to mid to late April through early September. Bring your boat and watercraft and enjoy river life!

We had a wonderful stay. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and was a great fit for our family. We were in town due to a loss in the family, which made the trip bittersweet, but having such a welcoming place to stay made a difficult time a little easier. We really appreciated the home's beauty, convenience, and thoughtful accommodations. We'd gladly stay here again and hope our next visit is for a much happier occasion.

This property is truly a countryside gem! The home is spacious and very well furnished. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. I've stayed at several VRBO homes in the general Athens area, and this one stands out by far as one of the best. The hosts were easy to work with and did a great job of communicating. My wife and I really loved the peaceful neighborhood, and the quiet mornings and evenings sitting out on the front porch. I would definitely recommend this property, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.
