This was the 2nd time we stayed here overnight on our way down to FL. It was perfect for our family. It was a quick visit, so we did not take advantage of any of the gym or bring a pet. The only downside that I saw was lack of kitchen cookware, plates, dish soap, etc. We ate our only meal out the night we arrived, but could see it being a problem for others staying longer. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels. Rod is a great host.
