“Room was paid for in advance. Upon arriving, my son paid an extra $20 for early check on, and they ended up charging him a second time for the entire room. The keyosk was down and would no issue keys, so we ended up leaving. When contacting the hotel about it the next day, they claimed that they called as soon as we left to say we could come back, which was not true. We received no call. On top of that, we now paid for the room twice me”

“Great staff, very helpful and even stayed to make sure we were able to get checked in without any problems. Great breakfast. Helpful kitchen staff to get hot water for thermos to go.”

“Stayed here from Sunday night until Wednesday, wanted to swim in the pool Monday but there were swim lessons in the pool most of the day (would have been nice to know before booking). Wednesday the pool was closed down per health department, hopefully it was safe to swim in on Tuesday. They provide one pool towel per person (calling it a towel was a stretch) and charge for additional towels. Room looked like it had been recently remodeled but the fan on the heat/AC unit was so loud it woke me...

“Easy check-in. Right on the snowmobile trail. Wish the bar restaurant was open more.”

“Very nice stop in the northern woods. The check in wasn't smooth. We never received the access code so we had to call a number to receive the code. It was easy after we called but would have been nice to just receive it like the email stated. There was a cigarette butt in the planter by the door which was not attractive to nonsmokers arriving. There was also a leftover towel under the bed. Otherwise, the room was very clean, the room was remodeled nicely, and it was a quiet place to stop...
