☀️Modern 4 Bedroom Private: Pool, Pickleball St. George Sandhollow duerme 12+

¡Esta casa tiene todo lo que necesitas para tus vacaciones familiares! Además de todas las atracciones cercanas (Zions National Park, Sand Hollow Reservoir, St. George), esta casa le da a su grupo mucho que ver con su piscina privada, cancha de pickleball, campo de fútbol y un interior increíble. El interior de la casa ofrece una enorme cocina y sala de estar con muchos asientos y espacio para familias numerosas.

¡El principal tiene un baño comparable solo a un exclusivo ático de Nueva York con cama king size y ropa de cama mejorada! Dormitorio delantero con otra cama king y escritorio personal. Luego, los 2 niños tienen habitaciones con literas y comparten un baño Jack & Jill. Habitación para niños # 1 = 2 literas de tamaño completo (4 camas / duerme hasta 8). Habitación para niños # 2 = 1 litera de tamaño completo (2 camas / duerme hasta 4). Fácilmente durmiendo 12+ en las 4 habitaciones.

El exterior de la casa es donde este alquiler realmente se destaca con su gran piscina climatizada (abierta de febrero a noviembre, si el clima lo permite), completa con un extremo poco profundo para niños pequeños, una cancha de pickleball de tamaño reglamentario, campo cercado para cualquier actividad que desee y una casa de la piscina para mantenerse fresco mientras se mantiene involucrado con otros fuera.

¿Todavía te aburres en nuestro mini complejo deportivo? No hay problema, estás a unos 5 minutos de jugar golf en Sand Hollow Resort, Sky Mountain y Coral Canyon.

Golf no es lo tuyo? Quail Creek Reservoir y Sand Hollow Reservoir son extremadamente cercanos y permiten paseos en bote, kayak, asados ​​en la playa, etc. A su alrededor hay senderos para todo terreno y Sand Hollow incluso tiene dunas de arena para conducir.

The house was great! We used all of the amenities and had the pool heated so we used it a ton too! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We had plenary of room to spread out and also plenty of room to gather in the living room/kitchen area. Having laundry was great! The host was very responsive. The house isn’t super fancy but it was clean and we had a great time! Highly recommend!

We didn’t use the pool the weather wasn’t that warm. The bbq was so greasy it caught on fire and created a lot of smoke. So many drawers and cupboards it would be nice if labeled. The hot tub is run down missing cover to filter, cracks, motor super loud otherwise heated well. Loved the pickle ball court we thoroughly enjoyed that. Kitchen seating were metal very uncomfortable. The sink drain pipe was loose and filled the cabinet below so we tightened the fittings ourselves. The neighbors dogs barked all day and most the night. I would recommend some maintenance, updates, someone to clean outside the house it was covered in dirt and debris. Also adding instructions on how to use the tvs. The instructions on how to open the pool cover was missing pushing the “check” mark. It took us several times before we figured it out. Being able to dim the light over the dining table would be nice it was so bright. The host was helpful and responded quickly. Screens on windows and doors so flys stay out. We killed over 60. The refrigerator/freezer was super spacious. It’s a great house for large gatherings just needs some tlc and updates.

Amazing Home!

The place was great and had all the entertainment for a family that you could want. The backyard was amazing and the pool was very refreshing despite it being 100 degrees while we were there. Only a 6min drive to Sand Hallow as well. I highly recommend if you’re heading to the area with family

The Great Escape

House was exactly as advertised. It was comfortable and great for our family. We enjoyed all of the outside amenities, pool, spa, pickle ball, trampoline, etc. The neighborhood was very nice and quaint. The owner was easy and quick to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this location, especially if you have down time and want some extra outside fun!

The Hub of Our Adventure

Fun amenities in convenient location

The heated pool and pickle ball court made for a great Spring Break stay for our adult kids. Pool towels and a well stocked kitchen and pantry were nice rental perks. Quick access to gorgeous golf courses and Zion NP made the location swell.

Family Fun for Days

The backyard is the real selling point. Spring break in St. George is a zoo, but we had our own private oasis away from the crowds. We loved the pickleball courts and private pool. The hot tub could use an upgrade but other than that, the property is in great shape and can accommodate a crowd. We will for sure be booking again.

Another wonderful stay!

Second time staying at this fun property. Even when it was over 110 degrees the house was always cool and the pool was oh so refreshing! This modern home is spacious with a large open common area allowing meaningful time together. The large kitchen was fun having all the adults able to work together with more than enough room for everyone. It was wonderful having the garage to keep our cars in and plenty of bedrooms and comfy beds. These are just some of the reasons we choose to come for another stay.

It's as good as it looks

This home was wonderful. The main family room and kitchen are enormous, bigger than they look in the photos, and very comfortable. Bedrooms are spacious. The pool was relaxing and warm, and had a fun basketball hoop. The pickleball court was great; we loved playing each morning before it warmed up. We really enjoyed relaxing in the family room, playing games or watching movies. We never needed to leave; everything we wanted was right there.

Not what we expected

We recently stayed at this property and it was not as nice as we had expected. The photos of the house are pristine and unfortunately the house does not look that way in person. This house has clearly been used often as a rental and could use some serious cleaning and repairs. The house felt dirty and banged up and not what we were looking for with how much we spent. The location is also a bit farther out from St. George and at least a 10-15 minute drive to town. The pool was nice but the pool cover is trashed and the pool house was filthy. Unfortunately, we will not stay here again.

Fun filled home

My teenage boys loved the football/soccer field. Adults loved playing pickle ball. Little kids didn’t leave the pool. Something for everyone. So comfortable, great place to have a family or friend get together with all ages.

Zion Half

Stayed here as we were doing the Zion half marathon. Good, quiet location with plenty of space for 7 adults to relax and spread out. Location as only ~15 minutes from central St George restaurants and shopping which was a nice surprise. Only negative rating was due to the cleanliness, little tired, hot tub was gunky…we cleaned ourselves as to use it. Would stay again and for longer to enjoy the house amenities and location.
