Loved the property. Facility management has an obsession for limiting spa and pool warming.
Will warm for only 2 hours which requires a call to them to warm again. 1st call was met with no answer and a full voicemail (not acceptable for a customer service company).
Heating equipment was faulty and neither spa or pool temps met their stated standards despite claim that it was serviced the day of our arrival. Was not clean either.
Property management/pool service is substandard. They did, however, send a listing of properties for sale 🤔
