Great space

Welcoming host and great property to accommodate grandparents, parents, teens and children with room to spread out. Clean and practical with reasonable expectations from the owner. Just the place we needed for a comfortable spring break!

Amazing property

Three generation family vacation— home was the perfect layout for us. Location was great for access to the parks (national and state). Amenities nearby with easy access but still felt rural. Mike was quick to respond to requests. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Perfect!

We loved our time at this stunning house! Everything was perfect. The rooms are all huge, immaculate, and very comfy. We appreciated having a laundry area upstairs and downstairs. We were going to eat out our first night there, but the house was so beautiful that we decided to cook so we could spend more time there. We spent our days at Zion and our evenings recovering in the hot tub or pool. Mike was great and very quick to respond to any texts. If we ever make it back, we will definitely stay here!

Amazing place to stay

We had a group of 12; 3 families of four stay here and we LOVED it. The house was beautiful, roomy, and exactly what we needed. We were here in the summer when it was blazing hot, and the pool was welcomed everyday after hiking long hours in the morning. The host was always responsive to all questions and if we get to come back out here we will definitely want to come back here!!!

A perfect getaway!

This house was 💯 perfection in so many ways. From the beautiful style and decor to the cleanliness, communication and having every amenity under the sun, we were lacking nothing on this vacation! It felt like we were right at home! We will definitely book this house again should we come back to the area. Thanks to Mike for being a great host!

Beautiful retreat for active adventure!

The home was stunning, teenagers loved the bunk room, we took full advantage of the pool and hot tub, wonderfully appointed property, easy access to the routes to Zion, Bryce, and all the active adventures in the area. Mike was very responsive and helpful. Two families, 5 teenage boys, incredible adventure and memories!

It’s like staying in a luxury villa from a design magazine

This place is incredible and it’s the best place we’ve ever stayed in from VRBO — it feels like you’re staying in a luxury villa from a design magazine. Our 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) stayed here for our trip to Bryce Canyon and Zion. It’s incredibly spacious, way more than enough room for our 2 families (it would easily fit 3 families as we didnt even use one of the bedrooms). Our kids loved the bunk room, the huge TV in the family room and the pool - they actually wanted to stay another day just at the house! The kitchen is fully stocked, there are walk-in spa like showers and there are even 2 washer and dryer units! You will not regret staying here! The only thing we regret is not staying longer to enjoy lounging around the house!

Relaxing private get away

From the moment we walked through the door we were blown away with this stunning property! Everything was on point, from the layout of the home, to the furnishings, the privacy of each bedroom (multiple suites) made it so comfortable for my family to stretch out and enjoy our stay. The private pool was an absolute treat. Perfect customer service anytime we needed something or had a question. We will be back!

Just do it!

I really can’t say enough about our stay in this beautiful home! The host, Mike, went above and beyond in terms of customer service and amenities. Everything we needed was there and then some! The pool was necessary for the hot days. The fully equipped kitchen with condiments available made all the difference. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and do their thing. There is a super Walmart down the street, and a health food store 20 minutes away in Saint George’s if you’re looking for organic food and produce. We had a terrific time visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon. Consider a Canyoneering outing with Red Desert Adventures. We spent a day with our guide Jack, and had a blast! Repelling into the canyon, and then canyoneering kept us out of the heat and sun, and was the perfect adventure! This house is clean, spacious, and beautiful. You will not regret saying yes!

Created Memories That Will Last A Lifetime

This home is absolutely stunning! Great location! This home is just 3 minutes to the entrance of Sand Hollow State Park. If you need to grocery shop, it’s just a short 6-minute drive to the closest store. If you don’t want to cook in the culinary enthusiast dream kitchen, there are many restaurants just 10 minutes into Hurricane. We did cook many meals in the kitchen and found it was fully-equipped, having everything we needed. Family gathered around the island, at the large dining table and in the beautifully furnished great room, allowing us to be all together. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished and the beds were extremely comfortable with high end bedding. The bathrooms were fully stocked with soft towels and scented hand soap at every sink as well as scented body wash, shampoo and conditioner in every shower. The soaking tub in the master bathroom made for a true spa experience. The courtyard and pool were amazing. There was plenty of comfortable seating around the pool for when we could not get the grandkids out of the pool. It was very serene and private. We enjoyed sitting on the deck at the end of the day. We enjoyed the view of the surrounding red rock. A great place to relax and unwind. When booking this property, be sure to read the property description in full. It lives up to every word. We want to thank Mike for providing our family with an unforgettable getaway. We created memories that will last a lifetime and will book this spectacular home again.

Fabulous!

We had a family vacation planned for Zion and were coming from several locations around the country. This home is outstanding - the pics if anything don’t do it justice. The details of the decor and fixtures, high end appliances, multiple laundry rooms, and the many features make this a place to relax and unwind after a long day hiking! This house is decked out and spacious. We enjoyed the pool very much, as well as playing games and stargazing at night on the upper balcony (complete with drink fridge and hot tub, fire table and large TV). The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were amazing and all had giant walk-in showers. Mike was responsive, welcoming and very accommodating to our requests and questions. If you are planning a Zion trip you are only a beautiful 30 min drive away AND get to stay in a beautiful home! This worked perfectly for us and we hope to be back in the future!

Model Home Dream!

I've always wanted to stay in a model home! The idea of staying in a home with no clutter, beautiful finishes & luxurious details is my definition of escape! That's the kind of vacation home this is! The beds were very comfortable with high-end bedding and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, spatulas, etc. The air conditioning worked well, even upstairs on those hot summer days. Thankfully we also were able to enjoy the private pool in the courtyard with plenty of shade. As I floated in the pool every day with my young adult daughters, I was trying to figure out how I could have this oasis for my very own! But then I came to the conclusion that part of my relaxation was because I didn't own the property! I could enjoy it without the anxiety of maintaining it! We are looking forward to renting this vacation property again!
