What a gem. This townhome was exceptionally clean. Every room looked as though it was just remodeled and beautifully decorated. The clubhouse pool was perfect. It was clean, well taken care of, and just a very short walk. The host was very responsive to all of my messages. Very nice to work with. Outstanding all around. 5 stars!!

We recently stayed here as a family for a visit to Zion. The location is great; easy, pretty drive into the park and close to Walmart for groceries.The town home was clean, roomy, and the pool area was clutch on hot days after hiking. The lazy river was awesome.I would definitely recommend staying in this resort but not renting this specific town home. There were a bunch of little things that added up over the week and with the combined lack of responsiveness from the host, it dampened our visit.A rental of this level should have king beds. There is zero privacy on the upstairs master patio door. People can see directly into the bedroom and onto the bed. This has been referenced before in reviews and never addressed.The coffee pot needs to be replaced; it's junk. It percolates for hours and never stops.We received one garbage bag for the week and it took two days and multiple reach outs to receive more.Both light bulbs over the cook top were burnt out and never replaced.The master sink was clogged and wouldn't drain properly. We didn't reach out about this bc of the lack of response on other things. Shower soap empty upon arrival.A gaming system is advertised in the bunk room, with instructions on how to use, but there isn't one. The "host" is not responsive. The replies feel AI driven most of the time. It would be helpful to have a binder for guests of local info, town home details, key/lock info, etc.....

Clean property - automated communication - broken pool

The property was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near Zion, which we appreciated. We specifically chose this place because of the pool, as it was a key feature for our kids. Unfortunately, the pool broke on our second day, which significantly disrupted our plans. I reached out to the host, Rory, but only received what seemed like automated or generic responses that didn’t really address the issue. It felt impersonal and unhelpful, which was disappointing. Overall, the stay was a mixed experience — the property itself was nice, but the lack of meaningful communication from the host detracted from it.

The experience was awesome

Our over all stay was amazing. Loved having a garage it was helpful for our side x side. We enjoyed the pool and clubhouse. For the first time using a Vrbo we were pleasantly pleased with the location and how quiet the neighborhood was. Will definitely being staying here again.

Great Community, Fun Pool!

The listing is just as described, so you are getting exactly what is listed. Great communication with property manager during check in process and when we had an issue with internet, it was quickly resolved. The size worked well for my family of 4 adults and two kids, but could definitely fit more people than what we had. I provided some feedback to manager regarding the lack of window coverings in the master bedroom, and they said they would resolve for the next guest. Also, we knew that there were only queen beds on property, but it wasn't great sleep for my husband who is 6'4 and myself. This property could "level-up" if they put king beds in the bedrooms. The rooms are so large that king beds could definitely fit. Otherwise, it was great stay and worked really well for our family!

Amazing place, stay, views.

We stayed here while we visited Zion and Bryce. This place was a dream! Every single thing you could think of was at our fingertips. The condo was beyond beautiful and extremely clean. The pool area was a huge hit after hiking all day. The town itself of Hurricane was perfect for our family as well. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Very positive experience. The place looks exactly as in the listing. It is very comfortable and the it location is great if you want to visit Zion National Park or other places around St. George. Kids loved the pool.

Family National Park Trip

Our family of 5 - kids 13,11,8 stayed at this property for our school vacation. Check in was seamless with the door code messaged to us. Rory was cheerful and responsive in his messages. The garage was great to park the car inside - being a rental gave us extra sense of security. We made this condo our home base and did long day trips. It was nice to be able to settle in and unpack at the same time seeing multiple parks. The multiple bed choices gave everyone their own space and the TV’s in each room was a special treat. The condo was clean and comfortable, I was pleased to find the corkscrew in the drawer after a long travel day! All appliances were included and in good working order. The master bedroom was spacious with a great bathroom and walk in closet. I loved my mornings on the porch! The pool and club house was great - the lazy river was fun, the hot tub was perfect after our long hikes, we used the workout room and air hockey table every day! Condo is close to Walmart and a gas station which was very convenient. We would definitely stay again!

Great southern Utah stay

Townhome is nice and clean. Great pool, clubhouse, and sport courts. We loved the convenience to Zion, Brians Head, Bryce Canyon, and Page, AZ. We were able to visit several great areas from one centralized location.

The neighbors were in their hot tub every night we were there yelling and laughing until about 3 am. The windows do not keep much sound out. But as far as being able to hear the neighbors through the walls, couldn’t hear them at all. But other then that everything was as expected which is exactly what we wanted.
